It’s stunning, it’s cosy, comfortable, warm. All fittings & fixtures were fantastic quality. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the corner bath. A nice touch with the fresh flowers and fruits. The location was also perfect, just 15-20 minutes walk from Waverley Station, yet in a quiet residential location. Which is also a 15 minute walk to a large Tesco supermarket. I visit Edinburgh often & will always try and stay here moving forward.
There were a few bits that could have been provided, for example a dish sponge for washing up & kitchen roll. But that’s me being very picky.

The space and how clean it was

The apartment is well furnished and very clean. Fresh flowers a basket of fruit and coffee and milk in the fridge were very welcome by the time we arrived.
Good views from the living room windows.
Overall would recommend the apartment and we will use again.
No Issues or nothing to dislike.

The location of the property was in a beautiful neighbourhood and very central. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for our stay, close to coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. It was a 10 minute walk from Stockbridge, which is a beautiful part of Edinburgh and has a great artisanal food market on a Sunday. Stuart was a great host and provided us with with very clear information prior and during our stay. Thank you, Stuart
