Nice, comfortable, but not modern.

Good location, easily reachable by tram from the city center. You should pay a city fee around 4 EUR, however you will be abe to use public transport for free as a guest. One coffee for free is included. Don't expect a lot for this money and you will be satisfied.

It's an old building and the smell is not really fresh. Also the bathroom is too small and they have only dry soap, no shampoo included.

Fantastic find in Basel

Exceptionally good value for money - a spacious apartment for a family of four. The owners were so lovely and we ate in their restaurant next door. Check in was smooth and easy, the apartment was clean and comfortable and we loved staying in that neighbourhood. We felt like locals! And the tram to the Central Train Station was literally one minute away - with free travel on public transport offered by the town to overnight guests! What's not to love about that?

The apartment is pretty basic and obviously in need of updating but to be honest this didn't bother us at all as it's reflected in the price. We would have appreciated some milk in the fridge as we arrived late in the day with few supplies. But the family were so lovely, they would probably have given us some if we'd asked!

The apartment had everything you needed. And location was great as the tram stop is literally outside the front door.

The apartment was a little ‘tired’ looking. Curtains were falling off the end of the rail, and some were not wide enough to cover the whole window.

Fine for a short stay but bring an eye mask!

Apartment is right next to tram stop, with the centre of Basel being a short tram journey away, this was very convenient. Staff were very friendly. Basel pass was provided when I arrived. Area is very pleasant and quiet.

The curtains are very thin and do not entirely cover the windows. This makes it very difficult to sleep once daylight appears. There is also no door on the bedroom so the hallway, which has similar curtains, brings in light too. I can see that this has been mentioned before and really do think it needs to be addressed. I would not stay here if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom is pokey and could do with renovation. Was also not cleaned. Kitchen seemed fine and spacious (my stay was short so didn't utilise it).

Basic room, was ok but not more then that.

The room was pretty basic, not stylish designed, the bathroom washing sink's space and comfort was problematic and too small. I had problems to cover the windows properly to block morning light from windows there, the window of the coridoor had no blinds at all..

Good Stay for Touring.

They let us in early as we arrived a hour before. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The tram was directly outside and it was in walking distance to the shops. You could have a slow walk to Basel town itself rather than take the tram (20 minutes). You can see were they are investing in the apartment.

Great little stay in Basel

The location was great, the tram stop just outside. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean throughout. A nice touch of coffee supply to enjoy when we arrived after travelling. Very spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay. Check in and out times were generous.

Kahvaltı teklifte zaten yoktu. Konumu haritadan biliyorduk. Biraz şehir dışı ama hemen önünden geçen tramvay çok rahatlık sağladı. Yakındaki kilise çanı fazla rahatsız etmeden çalıyordu. Geçen tramvaylar ses yapmıyordu. Caddeden de fazla ses gelmiyordu. Gece rahat uyuduk. Alt kat lokanta ama gürültü ve koku yoktu. Mahallede Migros olması, Kahveci dükkanı vs. iyi bir şey.

Oda resimde göründüğü gibi büyük ve gösterişli değildi. Eski bina katını odalara böldükleri için biraz şekilsiz-düzensiz bir mekan. İşimizi görecek birkaç çatal kaşık tabak vardı ama hepsi tek tek bardaklar, kahve kupaları vb.

Tek odalı dairede kaldık. Genel olarak temizdi ve yatak rahattı. İçerisi sıcaktı, üşümedik. Tek gece konaklamak için yeterli.

Eşyalarımızı checkinden iki saat önce bırakmak için gittik fakat mümkün olmadığını söylediler. Dışarıda yağmur yağıyordu ve ıslanmıştık en azından el bagajlarımızı bırakmamıza izin verilebilirdi. Odanın banyosu çok küçüktü lavabosunda yüz yıkamak bile çok zordu.

Unbeschwerte Tage in Binningen

Da wir mehrere Tage in Binningen beschäftigt waren und in der Nähe eine Unterkunft benötigten, haben wir diese Wohnung gewählt. DIe Lage ist sehr gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Basel, aber auch zu Restaurants und Läden. Ebenfalls hat es eine Tramhaltstelle gerade vor der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Uns hats super gefallen!

Konumu harika. Tren istasyonundan tramvay ile kolayca ulaşılıyor. Tramvay durağı tam önünde. 3 basamakla eve çıkılıyor. Her yer tertemiz. Kapıyla birbirinden ayrılan 2 oda mevcut. Birinde çift kişilik bir yatak var, diğer odada çift kişilik yatak olarak kullanılabilecek bir çekyat var, biz gittiğimizde çekyat da yatak olarak hazırlanmıştı. Saç kurutma makinası, duş malzemeleri, mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Kapaül kahve makinesi, mikrodalga, ocak var. Eski bir bina olduğundan elektrikli ısıtıcılar kurulmuştu 3 noktaya ve ısınma oldukça yeterliydi. Gece 10 gibi sigorta attı, bir odanın elektriği kesildi. Ev sahibimiz mesajlarına anında dönüş yaptığı için sıkıntıyı kendisine ilettiğimizde hemen ilgileneceğini söyledi. Kısa sürede gelip sorunu düzeltti, 1 saat kadar sonra da kontrol etmek için tekrar mesajla ulaştı. Çok güler yüzlü, kibar ve ilgili bir beyefendi. Evimizdeymişiz gibi rahat hissettik. Teşekkür ederiz.

Prizler bizim topraklı prizlerde kullandığımız büyük fişlere uygun değil (Cep telefonlarının fişleri için ise uygun). Elektrikli su ısıtıcı yok.

Daire sahibi tam bir beyefendi. Trenimizin varış saati geç olduğu için rica ettik ve check in saatinden biraz sonrasına kadar sabırla bekledi bizi. Güler yüzle karşılandık. Detaylı açıklamalar yaptı. Daire tertemizdi. Sıcaktı. Duş malzemeleri ve sabun mevcut. Mutfak gereçleri mevcut. Mikrodalga, buzdolabı ve fırın mevcut. Tramvay durağı tam önünde. Sakin bir konumda. İki gecenin ardından ek bir gece konaklama aldığımız ve tesise ait başka bir daireyi kiraladığımız için daireyi değişmemiz gerekti. Sabah erken saatte Colmar’a geçip akşam döneceğimizi ev sahibimize söylediğimizde valizlerimizi kendisine bırakma teklifimizi kabul etti ve işimizi kolaylaştırdı.

İkinci odaya, ilk odanın içerisinden geçiliyor. Çok samimi arkadaşlar veya aile için sıkıntı olmayabilir tabi. Su ısıtıcı yok. Prizler telefon şarj aletlerine uygun ancak Türkiye’de kullandığımız saç kurutma makinesi, su ısıtıcı gibi makinelerin fişleri prizlere girmedi.

Imposible dormir

Horrible. Las ventanas no aislaban en absoluto el ruido de la calle: coches, motos, tranvía, aviones, campanas.... Todo se oía. Y además, las cortinas no tapaban en totalidad las ventanas por lo que entraba un montón de luz del exterior, aún siendo de noche. Instalaciones antiguas y descuidadas. El alojamiento parece más grande en las fotos, pero luego está invadido por sillones, mesas, mesitas,etc. innecesarias que lo hacen incomodísimo. La primera noche llegamos a las 8pm, pero nuestra Basel card estaba activada por el día completo del día de llegada, pero el alojamiento no nos la proporcionó hasta que llegamos, por lo que casi no pudimos utilizarla. (Podrían mandar el PDF por mail previo a la llegada) En fin, no entendemos los buenos comentarios, ya que aunque solo quieras la estancia para dormir, no vas a poder hacerlo por el ruido y la luz.

Estancia fantástica, cómoda y tranquila.

Alojamiento cómodo, limpio, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Bien ubicado, no está en el centro pero tiene delante una parada de tranvía. El día de entrada recibimos las Basel Card para todas las personas alojadas, por lo que pudimos usarla ya desde el aeropuerto.

Tramvay durağının yanında olması iyiydi.Ev sahibinde çok iyi karşıladı. Biz kullanmadık ama minik bir mutfak var. Dairede bir çift kişilik yatak ve açılmış çekyat yatak vardı.

Birazcık eski olduğundan mı bilmiyorum ilk girişde hoş kokmuyordu. Bide temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Köşelerde ve tavanlarda örümcek yuvaları vardı:) ve örümcek:) daire giriş katında olduğun perdeleri daha iyi olabilirdi.

Gute Lage aber keine Klimaanlage.

Die Lage ist sehr nahe an der Tram Station und die Innenstadt kann in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht werden.

Es hat sehr modrig gerochen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Durch die Straßenbahn ist es laut und aufgrund der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss kann das Fenster in der Nacht nicht offen bleiben.

La atención del personal El apartamento es muy amplio y cuenta con cocina equipada La parada del tranvía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad está en la puerta (4-5 paradas)

Baño muy pequeño y cortina en la ducha. Hay mucho ruido fuera, en días calurosos no hay forma de refrescar la habitación sin abrir la ventana. Los black out de las cortinas en la habitación se quedan pequeños de ancho, por lo que entra luz por los costados. El comedor no tiene black out, y al estar comunicado a la habitación mediante un paso sin puerta entra mucha luz

Die Küche könnte besser ausgerüstet sein. Das Ticket für die kostenlose Nutzung von Bus und Bahn hätte uns vor der Ankunft mehr geholfen, da wir uns nach der Ankunft am Bahnhof selbst Tickets gekauft haben. Also früher zumailen!
