Great spacious room with lots of storage.
Quiet location .
Separate WC and shower / bathroom.
Comfortable bed. Great location next to the Tram stop, transport card included with City tax.
Couldn't get English channels on TV.
City tax is paid in Basel Land so couldn't get discounts in city museums.

It's a great place, it's very silent, far from the noisy streets and the receptionists were very friendly to us and they made an effort to attend to our needs. Great place to stay.
I didn't like that we didn't have mini fridges in our rooms and that one time the cleaner didn't come to clean our rooms.
