Very comfortable apartment, with prompt and attentive hosts.

Great location and well catered.

The patio door was unlocked and slightly ajar when we entered the property first. Other then that had no issues.

Google Maps takes you to the back of the building, but the entrance is on the side of the Malmaison building where the serviced apartments entrance is. The bed was very comfortable but there was no mattress protector under the sheet and that’s not great for menstruating women!

Wonderfully comfortable stay, would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in Liverpool.

Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment, incredibly clean. Great heating and the apartment holds the heat well. Comfortable and fabulous quiet location with short walk to the city centre.

Shower is over a very high bath, a handle would be great to help get you in and out.

Great apartment

Location, facilities, helpline staff were immediately available by phone and were first rate.

Only one small thing - there was an issue with the lock which needs either maintenance or replacement. You had to be careful with the key to succeed in opening/closing the door to the apartment. But that was the only negative - it was an excellent deal and I will very happily stay there again.

Honest feedback

I liked the location, the elevator, the heater, the coffee machine, the shower, the space, the bed, the tv.

It was very dirty; there were french fries and crumbs on the floor in the living room, long hairs in the bathroom, fluff on the window sill, dust on the surfaces, the cutlery could have been cleaner, the tea towel was filthy, one of the cushions was torn, the bathroom ceiling needs repainting, and the rug needs shampooing or replacing. There's no toilet roll holder. The bed linen and the pillows are cheap. No wine glasses. The curtains look scruffy. No laundry pods. Lack of 'extra' kitchen utensils. General lack of art and colour.

Absolutely loved our stay at the apartment we walked every where we needed to go, we was no longer than 25 mins walk of where we needed to be excellent location.

Location instructions weren’t clear. Not to the rear of Malmaison it is to the side we were trying to gain access to staff entrance of Malmaison. Air con noisy whined every 10 seconds.

Просторная квартира, очень большая кухня, было чисто. Все как на картинке

Хотелось бы добавить кофейные капсулы побольше, порошки для стирки посуды и белья.
