I loved the flat well decorated and very clean Great kettle micro fridge freezer even a hairdryer . Very comfy, bed cosy and extra heater which was needed for a short while as we did notice it was a bit draughty and we were glad owners had thick curtains !
We were lucky no noise ,very clean flat but i did notice all doors were easy to bang as large and tended to swing open and did hear that from other flats but thats a build issue usually doors are stiff !
We would stay in Liverpool again and as this flat also has parking close by it is a good choice and at around £100 per night we felt was good value and generally everyone was genuinely friendly tho the constant pc prior to arriving duplicating info was a bit of overkill
Local sainsbury and a wee coffee shop
Located right beside the liver building so steeped in history and lovely views of shipping activity ferries and cruise boats
We even saw a fireworks display which was spectacular from the flat !
Plenty to do in Liverpool we did Annfield fc the world museum and quirky quarter but didn't partake in Beatles tours but Mathew street is the place to go and is walking distance if you fit ! We ate in cavern restaurant as part of our Annfield deal it was fine but so many good restaurants and pubs
We even found China town as we were visiting Liverpool cathedral and had a lovely meal in the Capital Chinese restaurant . Definitely needed longer and a warmer weekend !!
I wish they had left more resources in kitchen. Pack of jay cloths a tea towel and washing up liquid as its too much to think about when just packing for a social weekend as we would have maybe had lunch at flat rather than eat out .
Beautiful finishes re decor but bedroom mirror placement relative to plug was of no use in bedroom due to outlet lay out . However there was a tv in bedroom so it took priority re outlets . I have a no screen policy at home so id have foregone tv 😀
Lady above had very bad experience re their flat being dirty and not ready for their arrival so not sure if all flats owned by same agent might get me to ask which number I'd be getting !
The front door code was an issue u actually just pushed door as it never locked took a while of failed code attempts before we realised !
Luckily, no one else not staying there. I tried it to work that out
For us it was a bit far from main centre everywhere 20 to 30 mins walk ok if you are young but it was bitterly cold and very wet so it felt longer and we took ubers more than we normally would but if u dont mind factoring in £10 -£20 per day it was fine

Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable.
The apartment size was very convenient.
The views were great.
The fire alarm went off three times in one week, always in the morning. I never found out if it was coming from the hallway or another apartment.
You could hear people shouting in the hallway when they were coming or going, and it seemed like they were running a marathon or were in a big hurry on the apartment upstairs, as I could hear them running for several times.
It was fairly clean, although I did see some trash left by the previous resident under one of the bedside tables in the bedroom.
I missed having basic cleaning supplies, like a dustpan or a dish sponge. It would have been nice to have items like salt or cooking oil, though that's just my opinion.

The property was very spacious and in a great location.
The bed was very small for 2 adults and the location of the key was not explained very well.
