Comfortable

The property was very spacious and in a great location.

The bed was very small for 2 adults and the location of the key was not explained very well. Very noisy neighbours

good stay would come again

i loved location, loved balcony and room

only issue was the bed was a bit small for 2 adults, me and my friend are two petite girls so anyone any bigger i think would really struggle. this made the bed extremely uncomfortable and i have got quite a lot of back pain from this unfortunately but other than that it was a really good stay and i would defo come back if the bed situation was better!

Clean and comfortable

It’s a comfortable, very clean apartment with views across the river and about 10-15 minutes to the mall and many restaurants . A train station is about 5 minutes away, as is the ferry terminal. The tunnel to the other side of the river is only about 2 minutes away for any drivers. As there are no numbers on the buildings in the area, it was difficult initially to locate the apartment, which is to the side of the Malmaison hotel and has the name ‘ Merchants Quarters’ above he door.

Initially it was a little hard to locate but the agents were easily contactable through phone and email and were very helpful. A very minor point was there was no free to air TV but alternatives were available on the TV’s. Not really a problem considering most free to air offerings.

A convenient and central apartment, located next to the port giving an amazing view.

Definitely the amazing view of the port and the convenience of the location.

Not a very homely vibe, could benefit from a bit more character. Also maybe a bigger bed such as a full-size double.

Great apartment in centre of town

Apartment is in excellent location, has a great view, full kitchen set up with oven and big fridge freezer. Nice bathroom. If you come by car get better deal through Justpark app as you can book at reduced rate at carpark next door for your whole stay. Apartment is very nice but with improvements could be excellent, see below remarks didn't like.

Cleanliness: Apartment was reasonable clean. There was still items in the freezer (ice cream half eaten) from previous tenants, pasta in kitchen cupboard. Utensils not clean, rice on them. Windows to balcony could do with a wash... very dirty. Livingroom: TV only has channels through bbc iplayer, itv X etc... but internet slow at times so buffering, would have been better if was provided with freeview channels. Bedroom with tv: bed is to small and narrow. Like small double... Tv only through app like bbc i player and itv X etc.

Perfect getaway for valentines

Location was great, stunning apartment with a beautiful view, 10/15 min walk to centre, parking available in Liverpool waters for £22.50 for 24 hrs

Incredible stay

I stayed at this property for a week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Initially, I encountered an issue with the water heater in my apartment. However, the property management team was very responsive and quickly arranged for a change to a better apartment. They were incredibly kind and always eager to support their guests, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The new apartment had a very nice view, and its location was just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and major attractions. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. excellent service, a great view, and a convenient location.”

The carpet was a bit dirty, the bed size was very small for a couple, and there were no hangers available in the room
