Very nice stay :)

The property is very nice inside with 2 bathrooms and also a lot of space with a nice kitchen and VERY comfortable beds (my group slept so good), transportation links are also very good with a metro and bus stops nearby Also the property is very clean inside!

We had a problem with the upstairs bathroom door and not opening after being shut, but after the first time we just found ways to keep the door shut without completely closing it but the other facilities are good!

Unfortunate turn of events

Want to start off by saying that none of this was the owners fault, since this happened last minute. We had to ask for a refund of the house after we arrived as we were informed on our way to the property that the heating had stopped working sometime between the previous day and the day of our stay, unbeknownst to the owner. She had tried to get portable heaters to remedy the situation, but it was still not warm enough for us to be comfortable. Also we didn’t know that the stairs to the second floor were so thin and there was no handrail which was a concern, especially for my daughter, who has recently recovered from back surgery. We contacted the owner shortly after arriving and stated that we couldn’t stay in the accommodation because of the heating and the issue with the staircase. She was very understanding and apologetic and agreed to refund us. As stated at the beginning, we know that it wasn’t her fault about the heating situation and she handled everything really well. Just unfortunate timing I guess.

Perfect stay in beautiful house

Everything was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable which meant a great nights sleep. House lovely and warm on arrival. We forgot to bring tea and coffee but there was coffee and coffee mate in the cupboard and a bowl of biscuits which was nice. Would highly recommend and stay there again if needed.
