could park outside the door, permits supplied. Quiet, comfortable, but sofa bed was too low to use. Everything we needed was supplied. Although built up and very busy, inside was very spacious and relaxing.
Comfortable but quite tired and basic. Certainly didn't spoil it though.

The ease of renting this property made life easier. To be able to have a whole house for our stay made our trip even better rather than separate hotel rooms. It added to the experience. The house was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Thank you for having us at morning star.

Location was good for city centre - 10 min drive. Ideal if you are an Everton fan!
1. Parking was all permit holders only. One permit was provided, however it had expired 9 months ago!
2. Booked for 8 people - not provided 8 towels
3. No duvet cover for spare duvet for sofa bed despite booking for 8 people
4. Towels were tiny and old and grubby looking
5. Sofa bed broken - had to prop it up with books to level it out
6. Living room tiny and dining chairs / table for only 4 people
7. Office style blinds were defective in living room and downstairs bedroom - not good when looking out on the road!
8. Blinds let every bit of light in - everyone was woken by 6.30am! Needs curtains
9. Superficially clean only. Delve any deeper and it was pretty grim!
10. Carpet and bathroom floor pretty disgusting - definitely wouldn’t walk bare feet!
11. No utility room as described and clutter everywhere in hallway - paint tins, boxes of stuff
12. Automatic bins in kitchen were broken
13. Only one key for 8 people was a challenge when teenagers wanted to stay out till late - meant we had to get up and let them in!
14. Photos on here do not reflect what we saw during our stay.
If you are looking for somewhere simply to sleep, then it is acceptable. If you are looking for anything more than this, then this is not the place for you. We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone sadly. Very disappointed!
