The staff were really helpful and the property had everything we needed and more
We couldn’t access the back garden to get some fresh air but there was a very nice park very close so it kind of made up for it

The bathrooms, there was enough for me and my family.
The apartment weas really nicely decorated.
It was very clean.
Great hosts who responded to everything and very quickly😊
Wish they had more cooking pots. Maybe like two more.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately one of the benches for the dining table broke while my son was sitting to eat his breakfast.

We didn't have breakfast
Single mattress need replacement. Floor looks dirty. Is not straight forward to turn the heating on and off. Was mould on the showers wall and floor can be easily cleaned to make it looks cleaned and the showers floors gets flood with water very quickly
