Nights stay

The location was okay plenty of buses. The bus stop is right outside. But I wouldn't stay again

The photos liked better than reality. We didn't like that the studio flat was freezing the heating hadn't been on it was that cold I had to sleep in my coat most of the night . There was no hot water I had to boil the kettle to get a wash. When we opened the fridge there was out of date milk in the fridge. There was a deodorant can on the living room floor. The toilet had been used and not flushed.

Absolutely nothing. It is managed by a corporate team who is never contactable and the phone constantly just rings! Do NOT BOOK!

Location was great for the event we attended

When we arrived, there were no heaters on so it was uncomfortably cold. They’re electric heaters that take so long to warm up. We were woken up in the early hours of the morning by the people in the apartment above banging/shouting/laughing and stomping around. After reading that people lose their deposit if noise is made between 11-6 I thought this would at least compensate our inconvenience. However after making the management aware we were advised that nothing would be done regarding this! We had a 2/3 hour drive home with little rest. I feel that the comfort and compassion towards guests is of a very low standard.

The bed in apartment 6 should be replaced asap without delay.

Location, close to city centre and amenities.

The bed was horrible, are the property owners really serious? The bed was unbelievable, shaking and sings all kinds of national anthem of all countries in the world with the slightest movement. The beddings were like picked from second hand shops, no offence to second hand stores but when one pays for a service, it should meet basic standards. The kitchenette was good but would have been better if there was a door between the bedroom and the kitchen. Bathroom not too bad but could do with a slightly bigger shower cubicle.

Rude owner but clean stay

The owner was very grumpy within their messages and wanted all of our ID which was no problem, then when seeing our age asked the meaning of our stay and what the relation between the group was. Personally, we all felt very uncomfortable and I don’t feel these questions were relevant or necessary as we had paid a £100 deposit per apartment (which is VERY unclear when booking).

Great apartment with everyone you’d need.

This property was tidy, spacious and had everything you’d need for a short stay. Check in and check out were easy and the space was comfortable and warm.

It’s a bit further out of the centre for those looking to be able to walk to attractions and I had to pay a refundable £100 deposit which wasn’t made clear when booking.

It was a practical place to stay, bus stop was right outside, you can cook basic meals as the kitchen has basic utensils.

I did find random that they left milk and shampoo but no toilet paper or a tea towel . But we managed. The towels and pillowcases were a bit humid, I’m guessing they were washed that day

Living like a local in the heart of a Liverpool suburb.

I loved the location - close to the city centre and close to Anfield Stadium. Just loved the vibe of the neighbourhood I lived in - felt like a local Liverpudlian whilst I was there. I have a dodgy knee, so managing to get a ground floor apartment was a huge plus. The apartment provided everything needed for a self-catering stay and was very spacy. Parking was abundant just outside the apartment. It was my third stay here so I knew what to expect - a high quality apartment, and I was not disappointed.

It was comfortable and pleasant, Host was very good talking though what's app.

The kitchen was good and big bathroom. Living room nice and spaces and bed comfortable. Also very close to shops and bus routes. Parking was good as well.

The blinds in the living room some where broken, Also Would be better if the settee was a bed settee. The bathroom although nice and big. The toilet seat was not, and when i used the shower, water leaked out. Not a lot be worth a mention. In the Kitchen . Not sure how long the coffee had been in the jar, but it had turn black, Also only 3 small milk sachet. Luckily they was a shop across the road.

Excellent communication host. Check in was at 3pm but host let us put our bags in the room early as me and my friends were attending Radio 1 weekend. Comfortable beds, spacious and easy lock box system to get key from.

Clean bedding, pictures were correct, Tea, coffee and sugar provided, spacious

Shower needs all sealant removing and replacing due to black mould and drain needs unblocking, not pleasant standing in dirty water whilst trying to shower.Kitchen sink needs a sign saying Extremely hot water as I almost scalded myself, instructions on how to work radiators would be helpful, apartment needs some TLC. Area was not a nice place to stay with the park behind being a kown place for prostitutes and drug dealers. Cleaner needs to check crockery is clean as we had to wash every cup before using. Needs a full size under counter fridge which doesn't freeze everything.

The office staff like to keep your deposit ‘by accident’ then tell you to take it up with your bank - devious

The fact the office staff don’t return your deposit then when contact over it a week later ‘our apologies it seemed to have not gone through so we’ve actioned it today but will take 5-10 days , quick enough to take it within 20 mins of booking

A heart-warming stay in the wonderful city of Liverpool

Love the apartment - super-clean, with all the amenities requiredand, and very peaceful. Absolutely loved the surrounding area - Numerous superb food outlets and shops across the road. I heard that this was a great, friendly, open and warm city - but even so my expectations were greatly exceeded within the first three days - What a magnificent city this is -it has absolutely everything that one's heart can wish for - it has that cosy village or small town vibe, yet can compete with any big city in the world with regard to the facilities available - a sort of the best of all possible worlds - never thought that I'd fall in love with a city at the age of 62 - but, darn it, I have. This apartment is perfectly situated for a quick drive or bus-ride (Bus-stop right outside the apartment) into town. It is also within walking distance of Newsham park, Stanley Park, and Anfield, the home team of my favourite football team, Liverpool FC. Loved it so much that I've booked it again for 3 nights from the 31 March 2023.

I wouldn't change anything - Love it just the way it is.

A wonderful stay at the Belmont apartment in Liverpool

Absolutely loved the location. Wide range of food outlets serving superb takeaway meals right across the road from the apartment, plus extremely close to Anfield Stadium and the city centre. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home - all the amenities required for a comfortable stay in a distant foreign land. I actually returned for an additional 3 nights after spending 5 nights at the apartments a week earlier.

The images didn’t match the room, it was outdated and the hallways had an awful damp smell. The bed was atrocious, thin bedding that wasn’t clean and a metal bed frame that had the loudest creaks with the slightest movement

Disappointed overall with quality and definitely over priced.

The odour upon entering the property (damp and wet smell). The place was cold (not welcoming), no instructions on how to turn on heating. The accommodation was run down - carpets, doors, etc. Did not match the pictures. Additional cleaning charges.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!

This place was awful. Firstly, the area the apartment is in is really dodgy and rough, was told by multiple taxi drivers that we would not be safe walking around, especially at night. Local red light district! As for the apartment, as soon as we opened the door, the smell of sewage was overwhelming and disgusting! The sofa bed in the living area was so hard and would have been very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodation as the smell of sewage in the apartment was so strong we couldn't stomach staying there! We were told there was no alternative accommodation by the owner when asked so booked travelodge, we then received a phonecall to say we could stay in an alternative apartment, but this was after we had booked elsewhere. Plus i had already been put off by this apartment to stay in anything else they offered.We were offered a refund of less than half what we paid! This is shocking considering this was through no fault of our own and we could not stay in the apartment. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!i dont usually write reviews but felt so strongly about this place and feel others should be warned before they consider booking this apartment.
