Parton Residence

Perfect for where we needed to be. Easy transport links into centre. Bedrooms and bedding lovely and clean. Due to covid this weekend was booked for nearly 2 yrs the property host and myself have been in contact throughout to ensure we kept our booking for when we needed it.

The property wasn’t as clean as I would like eg skittles and pills and a half empty bottle of water under the sofa.

The area was dirty. Lots of litter and dog mess. No teaspoons in the cutlery drawer.

The house was in a great location for the city centre. Not the best area but we knew that anyway. It was nicley decorated. The host was great at getting back to us fast.

The house was very unclean. Had read reviews the house was very clean on the air b&b site but it couldn't have been further from the truth. As soon as we walked in the hall floor was dirty. The rug in the livingroom had a metal beer lid on it, under the tv unit had a chicken nugget and burst blue balloons covered in dust. The dust through the whole house was terrible. On the bed room units etc under couch and beds. The kitchen didn't looked like it had been cleaned! The oven was disgusting the smell was horrible hadn't been cleaned in months and the plates were all dirty too one had a big hair stuck to it. The hob didn't look like it had been cleaned or wiped down from the last guest staying. The fridge and frezzer was dirty and smelled. The bathroom was so dirty. The sick had hairs on it the toilet was just disgusting no way it had been cleaned the shower screen wad dirty. I would be ragging if I had paid a cleaner and that's the results of my housr I would be do embarrassed! The house just looked like the last person check out and we checked in! Was very dissapointed spending my Friday night cleaning so my two young kids could actually use the toilet and not get ill from the dirt and germs. With the bad storm ciara the water was coming in the back door. The front door had big gaps and the wind was coming in. Anyone could easly kick the front and back doors in as just wood, not a very safe feeling! I took pictures of it all so the host can see how dirty it was for themself.

The hause is amazing and confortable. Very clean and accesorieted.

The beds are a little small for two persons

Si bien el sitio no es el mejor para descansar, tiene buena ubicación. Alejado del centro, pero con parada de bus muy cercana. Los autobuses son rápidos y frecuentes. El barrio tiene todo tipo de servicios muy cerca y no percibí inseguridad e iba con mi hija pequeña. Tiene wi-fi que va de lujo y tv con cable para el que le guste. Los electrodomésticos están bien. La cocina tiene pinta de haber sido reformada. La comunicación con la dueña fue muy fluida y agradable. Me da pena criticar porque se portó bien con nosotros.

Casa muy vieja y sobro todo, mal cuidada. La limpieza era inexistente. Daba grima a todos los niveles, suelos, baño, menaje.... Los colchones muy, muy incómodos. Se clavaban los muelles por todo el cuerpo. El baño sucio, viejo y sin un solo cajón. El salón olía mal sin saber identificar si era humedad, olor a perro u otra cosa.
