The flat was spacious and lovely. Walking distance to town and plenty of free parking.
The developer has not finished the surrounding area and it is in desperate need of tlc. Bin emptying would appear to be suspended which may hopefully change soon but it was off putting.

The inside of the property was lovely, there were a few thing to mention. The television was not working even though we put new batteries in the remote and the iron was not working. The first bedroom door handle was completely broken, hanging off the door. Finally, the entrance to the building was awful, old suites lying, rubbish strewn everywhere and also in the lift.
