Good stay near Anfield

Close proximity to Anfield stadium. Good place for soccer fans.

No lift to carry the luggage to your room. Have to carry all the stuffs through flights of stairs. Not User friendly for person who have difficulty climbing up or handicapped

The code handle was a bit hit or miss. When entering it took a few attempts to get the code numbers up. Don't know if due to handle being a bit lose or if we weren't doing it right.

A comfortable and pleasant stay overall, especially for the price.

The room was very tidy and clean, including the toilet and shower. The staff member was polite and helpful, and when I mentioned the slow internet, he fixed it immediately, which I really appreciated. However, there are a few small downsides: • There are quite a lot of stairs, which might be challenging for some guests. • It is quite far from the city centre, so it’s better to buy a Solo bus ticket to keep transport costs down. • The windows need to be kept closed at night because you can hear traffic and people from outside. Overall, considering the price we paid, we were satisfied with our stay. We didn’t expect more at this price point, and we appreciate the service provided by the company.

There were quite a lot of stairs, which might be difficult for some guests. It was also a bit far from the city centre, so bus tickets were necessary for travelling. At night, the noise from traffic and people outside could be heard unless the windows were closed.

Located above a takeaway shop, very loud, lots of banging about and shouting could be heard. Air vent/extractor was right outside our window and was constantly dripping with water and making a loud sound until 2:30am. The radiator in our room was on the highest setting, and we were not able to turn it off as it had no temperature wheel. Why is a radiator on full heat in 24 degree weather? The room itself was okay, a little dusty but overall alright for a one night stay. However the shared bathroom was not safe for women as the door had a lock that didn’t even work!! A SHARED bathroom should have a working lock, this is disgraceful and the owners of this apartment should have this fixed immediately, I mean how much does it cost to repair a lock? Don’t charge customers £120 for a nights stay if there isn’t even a working lock… the door handle to enter the actual apartment was very difficult to open, firstly it was very wobbly and didn’t seem attached to the door properly, secondly it doesn’t mention on the instructions that after you enter the code you have to press your thumb on the circular pad to actually open the door! Please update your instructions on the email. Also I had to email and call 3 times because I didn’t receive the door code, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this room to ANYONE, please avoid if you want a comfortable and peaceful nights stay.

The room and shared facilities were extremely clean and tidy. The location was perfect for Anfield Stadium.

Referring to our accommodation as an apartment was very misleading - the bathroom and kitchen were shared, so it was a room, not an apartment.

Shared kitchen and bathroom were dirty. Shared bathroom could not be locked. We were not able the lock the room. Noise from the restaurant down. Very bad experience - never again.

PÉSIMA actitud. Cero empatía

La pésima disposición del propietario. Nunca vino a orientarnos con el sistema de ingreso al alojamiento . Es digital y no funciona bien, no permanecía encendido para que pudiéramos digitar el código. Le pedimos que viniera para explicar y no vino. Cada vez que llegábamos permanecíamos 15 o 20 minutos en la oscuridad, frío, viento o lluvia...no le importó. PÉSIMA conexión Internet. Tampoco quiso venir a verificar la situación. Por WhatsApp cargó la culpa sobre nuestro móvil o sobre nuestro servidor. Ambas tenemos SIM de España y hace 2 meses que estamos en movimiento. En Francia, en Alemania, en Escocia, en los trenes, bares y estación de trenes de Liverpool funcionaba perfecto Tuvimos que hacer nuestras gestiones bancarias, reservas o compras online en el tren o en la estación pues en el departamento jamás funcionó. PÉSIMA actitud, no quiso venir para comprender los problemas, vernos y asesorarnos personalmente. Lamentable.
