A great place that served our needs perfectly. The host was really good.

The place was clean and tidy. The facilities were really good and had everything we required. A really good touch was the host sent us through a text message once we'd checked with some details of restaurants and places to visit in the area. Great communication for checking in which worked really well.

The beds were a touch on the soft side for me however my daughter found her bed to her satisfaction. Only other point is that an exterior light would be ideal as it was very dark on the steps to the front door.

Location - near Crosby Waterloo station Spacious apartment

The shower is not working properly. All the controls do the opposite. So cold is hot etc. You spend your whole time in shower altering the controls to get temperature right.

Nice, comfortable apartment in a great location.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Nice quiet location and convenient for local transport links, shops, takeaways, beach and cinema. Really pleasant area with plenty of nice walks nearby and the locals were very friendly.

The only things I wasn’t keen on were all of the stairs to reach the apartment which, having a lung condition, I struggled with; and the shower, which I initially thought was broken as it wouldn’t heat up, but after turning the temperature up to max then back down it was fine.

Well located but could do better.

Location close to shops,restaurants and public transport .

Although the property had been renovated it lacked finishing touches . Bare light bulbs without shades . Spare front door key to main building which didn’t work. That might have been the reason for being told to take both sets of keys with us when we went out. The flat is at the top of the building and the stairwell was dirty throughout our stay. Temperature of shower was inconsistent. Finally a small but essential point no tea towel.

Good location, less than 15 minute walk to Crosby beach, marine lake and Antony Gormley's "Another Place". All local amenities within walking distance including pubs, restaurants, cinema. Train station and buses are a short walk away getting you into Liverpool City Centre fairly quickly. The property was clean and tidy, with everything you need.

Parking gets busy outside the apartment, but had a space to park every night. A little dark outside with little or no external lighting.

Decent apartment in a great location

This is in a good quiet location within easy walking distance of the delightful cinema and South Rd. The apartment is located within a beautiful old building, which means there's some quirks in the room sizes but most things you need are available. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with brilliant saucepans - we're going to get some for our electric hob! The wifi-fi worked well and the TV has access to the usual online platforms but we couldn't access mainstream channels. There's a table and chairs that were good to work at during the day.

The following are niggles but did let the place down, which is why I couldn't describe it as outstanding: - The driveway in front of the building is muddy and there's no lighting at night. - The entrance hall is scruffy and could do with cleaning and a coat of paint. - The property was clean and tidy but would benefit from a deep clean (lurking cobwebs) and checks on minor repairs that need doing. - There was only 1 tea towel and no washing up bowl, the freezer needed defrosting. - No lamp shades on the overhead lights and no mirrors in the bedrooms.

Wow what a lovely apartment, we had a very comfortable stay. We loved the comfy beds and kitchen, which has a fridge in it. It was lovely and peaceful too. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.😊👍

Pæn, ren, stort set nyistandsat lejlighed. Ingen larm. Gå afstand til tog (som tager 15 min til Liverpool Centrum) og til dagligvare indkøb samt gode spisesteder. Smukt strandområde i gå afstand. Virkelig god og hurtig kontakt til venlige udlejere!

Der mangler MEGET noget at hænge overtøj på i entréen, gulvet måtte tages i brug, samt kroge til at hænge håndklæder på i badeværelset samt viskestykke i køkkenet. Derudover mangler der mulighed for at stille toiletsager fra sig i badeværelset, der er kun plads på gulvet!! Lamper ved sengene så man kan læse. OBS, OBS, OBS: Der var KUN 2 stk dobbelt dyner hvilket var “not nice” og gav anledning til mange opvågninger. Vi var 3 personer. I det hele taget mangler det sidste for at gøre lejligheden mere beboelig. Måske var den bare ikke helt færdig da vi var der :) Gæste QR kode er ikke opdateret men refereres til som en hjælp.
