We had a fantastic time here, Carly was lovely, very friendly and helpful, she really made our stay that little bit extra special. She provided us all the little things you don't bring with you, from salt and pepper to milk.
She is a big part of the reason we will staying there again.
Thank you for everything Carly, looking forward to seeing you again soon.
The couches are a bit dated, but Carly reassured me that landlord would be renewing them before our next stay.

Carly who manages the property was great. Communicated with us theoughout and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean, comfy, warm, spacious.
Look, is it 5* luxury? No. Is it a warm, safe place, amazing value for money? Absolutley. Comfy beds, hot shower, tv, wifi etc would absolutely book again!

The location was great for what we needed. The host was lovely & friendly. Checking in & making as feel comfortable. Bought our boys cereal & put the heating on for us. The little extra things, that made the stay more enjoyable.
Nothing, the place could maybe do with a refurb Iin some areas. But doesn't affect the stay. It's very good price. Comfortable beds..lots of space

The property is great value for 5 people . Although there are 6 beds.
Lovely , warn and cosy.
Lovely landlady is so very helpful and friendly .
10-15 minutes away from Liverpool city centre.
Parking either outside or very close.
I would go again.
