Location, space and it was clean

The tv didn’t work apart from Netflix and a couple of apps.

Clean, old traditional house so expected some wear and tear,but was lovely. Very comfy sofa and main bedroom. Love the kitchen. Four locks on the front door. Three locks on the back door.

The third bedroom has a garden chair/lounger as a bed (not a bed) slanted long and width ways so messed with my back. One of the windows on the ground floor had the handle broken. It had tape round it and seemed acceptable, but made us very paranoid about being broken into. Second bedroom seems originally double paned, but missing a pane and therefore very rattly in the night. Very clean, lovely facilities otherwise, helpful owner with decent response times

Living room and dining room were ok. 2 big bedrooms were ok

The small bedroom,didnt even have an actual bed. The bathroom was tiny,the stairs were a death trap(too steep) hand rail only halfway up.The carpet on the landing was a trip hazard,the plug socket in dining room coming out the wall. The kitchen. Oven inside was scruffy,outside was all rusted. All pictures on site didnt actually match the property. The blinds in all rooms didnt have chains on the bottoms. Dishes left on draing board from previous guests. No towels on arrival (got woken at 7.30am to receive towels) Tv didnt work upon arrival Toilet seat coming off Paint work throughout was scruffy Holes allover the walls NEED I CONTINUE
