Disappointing, and not great value.

Pleasant flat.

NO on street parking in the area and quite a treck for food etc. Heating could not be turned off.

Would probably use again

Accommodation was very good - had attic room, which was very comfortable. Was equipped with hob, microwave, toaster etc, but it was overnight stay so never used any. Nice en-suite which is a big plus

Minor - on way to room there was a squeaky floorboard on stairs - could be annoying for other guests. There seemed to be 2 other rooms

Great value for money, very nice location close to bus stops, very well kept, all amenities worked well, comfortable bed, all round, very happy.

The only issue we had was the electric water heater tripped on our first night, causing us to have to got down to someone else’s room to get them to flip the switch. However, the host was extremely helpful in resolving this issue, and once resolved we do not have the issue again.

The room and facilities were ideal. Good ensuite. You have the use of a sink, hob, fridge and microwave. At 100e good value. It was nice having a fridge for cold snacks, milk or beers if you choose. Use of a microwave for breakfast was nice too. The shower was a little weak but did the job. Also a nice few takeaways and one Indian restaurant not far away. Management, good communication which is impressive and they respond fairly fast. 8/10 just because of the delay in cleaning 🧹.

They could provide a dustpan & brush. But ironing board iron and hairdryer were provided. A wardrobe with hangers, also handy to have. Just a shame they were late getting the room ready. They did sort it out fast and were very good about it.

Really cool place, shower was a minor inconvenience

Location was great, and was a good walk into town

We couldn’t get the shower to work, it was go from really hot to really cold and no in between! Even when we changed the gauge on the shower it didn’t seem to have any effect

Noisy and draughty but clean

Check-in and check-out was convenient. The little kitchen was a great addition. Comfy for the price and clean.

Draughty windows and cold floors. Caught a cold. Poor water pressure in the shower. Noisy because of thin walls and poor windows. Woke up every time someone crawled back from a pub to their room. Location is quite remote, but that's what you get for the price. Tricky door locks made me crazy.

Value for money, good location.

Everything was well communicated. The room was well located, in calm place. Value for money. Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable.

In peak summer, it could have been better if they provided a small fan in the room. The parking in front is a permit location, which gave me some anxiety. It could have been better if the host had taken my car registration number in advance.

I would recommend this place. Our stay went smoothly without major issues.

•Relatively close to the city center and public transportation. •Quiet neighborhood. •Easy check-in process.

•On the first day, a staff member accidentally entered our room during our stay and opened the door themselves. Although the cleaning lady apologized, it was still uncomfortable. •Very thin walls — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. •A broken glass left in the cabinet by previous guests that no one had checked or replaced before our arrival.

Poor soundproofing and not worth the price

Location was good as we had an event at Anfield, lots of parking outside too.

1. Basically impossible to sleep because there’s no soundproofing at all, so you can hear absolutely everything at all hours from inside and outside the house - which is even worse on the ground floor because other people were slamming doors and being loud. People were leaving the house and letting the door slam at 7am. 2. No shampoo/conditioner in bathroom, the shower gel is the same as the hand soap and the dispenser for the shower gel is broken so you have to take the lid off to use it. Shower pressure is also awful and turning it on/off causes a loud noise in the bedroom. 3. People can 100% see into room 1 even when blinds are closed because the blinds aren’t wide enough for the curtains which is uncomfortable. Curtains would be better. 4. Kitchen tap is inverted (hot is cold, and cold is hot) 5. Overall room quality is poor (poor quality paint work and room finish)

More negatives than positives

The mattress was comfy. The location had some perks. Nice large towels.

I think the room would benefit from a bigger bin. We wanted to access Netflix on the tv but there was no instructions on how to add wifi onto the tv so we messaged but didn’t reply until 7am the day we had to check out and we stayed for three days I asked on the first day. Noisy street, shouting and banging of doors from neighbours. Not enough toilet roll. Blinds did not keep light out at all and there’s a street light right outside the window so light all hours would be better if you had blackout curtains as in summer sun rises at 4am. Cutlery drawer wasn’t fully stocked e.g. scissors, cooking knives. Only one pillow per person and they were flat.

Very clean Lovely little place Everything you need for our two night stay Not that far out from the city centre . Only thing I would say was we both had trouble with the main front door with the lock the key turns but door didn’t unlock it did take us a fair few goes to get the door open

Modern finish, clean and tidy. Location is quiet which was nice. Close to local shops. Loved all the cooking facilities.

The lack of parking facilities. Maybe a parking permit per room would be beneficial. The door under the sink was hanging off. The flush on the toilet is very poor. If the sensors in the bathroom could adjusted that would be beneficial especially when having a shower as the light goes off half way through. The toilet roll holder needs fixing, as it kept falling off. Being rudely woken up at 4am was not expected and something that couldn’t be controlled.

there was an old cup of coffee in the microwave that stunk the place out. Used whatsapp to ask about it and got a message back saying to use whatsapp and to call a number. called number and no answer.

Very poor customer care. Dampness in Monsoon room.

3 of the 4 rooms booked were OK. The monsoon room was in a poor state. Immediately complained about the dampness. No responses were received to approx 8 messages. Finally received an offer of 10% discount off our NEXT stay after approx 4 emails but this was declined. Still awaiting a satisfactory response. Very poor customer care. Would definitely not recommend.

Not worth the money

The room is clean. Nice toilet rolls were provided.

Automatic lights in the kitchen and the toilet are very annoying: the light turned off a few time when I had shower. Wall condition is terrible and very thin. I could hear the guests in the next room snoring. Springs in the mattress are partly worn out.

That there was a kitchen and washing machine and also that it was 20-30mins walk to most of the attractions.

That the TV didn't work, that it was definitely no where near as nice as it was advertised and it was really hard to get in contact with staff that could assist with some issues that arose. I.e smoke alarm going off as it needed changing and when someone was sent around to 'fix it' they just removed the whole unit and so there was no smoke detector for the last 2 nights of our stay. There was also significant water damage on 2 of the walls with mould inside our room. We will definitely not be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

i had to start my negative review in the “what i liked” part cause there were so many negative things to say.

do not pay for this. i stayed at the oyo five seasons liverpool “hotel” for 12 days. the so called hotel is actually student accommodation so i’m not sure how they’re allowed to be on booking, at least without disclosing this. i had multiple issues during my stay, none which were taken care of by management. firstly, the stove was extremely difficult to work. i called the person responsible for helping me with this and was met with wrong instructions on how to work it, then cut off mid sentence when i still couldn’t figure out how to unlock it to turn it on. i was told a person would come next morning to fix it. i thought great it’ll get fixed, but no, i stayed home all day waiting for this so called person to come help us and they never came, wasted a whole day. i had to google videos of other people using this stove to be able to use it. when i texted and called the manager for help i was met with voicemail and no answers. if i hadn’t figured it out myself, i wouldn’t have been able to cook for myself for 12 days. secondly, it was freezing cold inside this tiny apartment and the heater was impossible to work. i googled the brand of heater and it said you need an app to turn it on. i texted and called management and got no answer. finally i had to call the OYO office to get them to transfer me to the manager who then claimed they would turn it on for me immediately. they did not. 12 days and that heater was never turned on. i didn’t try talking to the manger after that point because i was exhausted from having to call and text multiple times with no answer, so i gave up and endured the freezing cold for nearly two weeks. thirdly, the room was falsely advertised as 17 sqm, but when i got the room information after paying, it said 16 sqm. there was also only one cheap picnic chair next to a folding table, even though the room is said to be fit for two people. am i supposed to sit on the other person to eat dinner or take turns?

the closet in the room is very thin and clearly only fit for one guest (this is literally student accommodation there should not be more than one person staying in these rooms). the first time i called the manager, they didn’t pick up, but called back later that night. i asked about the code to the cabinets which there are a few of around the apartment and was rudely met with “what do you need them for?”. i don’t know, maybe tell me that they’re not for guests, i’m obviously gonna think that the big cabinet in my room is for me. it was not, so don’t bother asking. after this first call with the manager where she said she would get a person to come help me with the stove, they never picked up or answered my messages again. the only other time she bothered to pretend to help me, was when the OYO office so kindly transferred me through to her on call. i don’t understand why she could pick up from staff so quickly if she couldn’t pick up my 3 calls and answer my 4 text messages. i truly believe she was ignoring me to avoid doing her actual job. another complaint is the washing machine/dryer. that thing is about to fall apart. i was not provided with any washing liquid or powder and had to waste my own money on it to be able to wash my clothes during my long stay. other than that it takes so long to turn on after you click start that i thought it didn’t work for about 7 days. this washing machine also turned multiple items of mine blue, this may not have been the fault of the washer, but at this point i wouldn’t put it past this place. the water system in this place was absolutely ridiculous and mind i mention there was no guide on anything in this apartment. it took me a week to figure out that the sinks were broken and you get hot water from the cold water turn and the opposite, so i was washing dishes in cold water most of my stay.

What you'd expect for something on the cheap side, decent facilities

When we arrived the room had never been cleaned after the previous guests , bags of rubbish were still in the room and wet towels still in the shower which came as a surprise because all the reviews said it was clean, in fairness after i eventually got through to someone to complain it was cleaned. Situated a good bit outside the city center so make sure to budget a couple of taxis a day onto your stay , roughly £9 a ride into the city
