Good for a weekend with friends.

Good location, parked right outside for free. Warm and cosy.

Needed a Mirror by plug in each bedroom and another full length Mirror upstairs. No cafeteria. TV instructions hard to follow.

The house was basic, beds comfy, quiet street, easy to find,

Location was good, 10 min taxi to city centre. The road was very quiet which was great Kitchen had a wide range of equipment

The shower was lacking in power and took a while to work out. Heating wasn’t on when we arrived and it was freezing, after we worked out the boiler it was fine Flat surfaces were dusty and whole house could definitely do with a make over

Perfect for our needs.

This house was great value for money. All basics covered. Beds more comfortable than expected. Lounge sofa too low for us, but that's probably our age. Owner was extremely helpful prior to and during stay. Easy to park on the road and a short car journey in to L1.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Awful we were embarrassed to take our children there we feel cheated and would like a refund

Nothing except the contact who was receptive and helpful but the place was not bright clean or comfortable The table cloth was upside down to cover mould on one side there was rubbish outside everywhere the garden was so full of overgrown weeds we couldn’t use it the table and chairs were not robust and wobbled when you sat on them

The taps in the bathroom were loose the tiling was mouldy and dirty there were old plastic bottles behind the door the bedding and beds were very old and tired The cooker rings when used smoked the place out the whole place needs a make over. Not enough crockery or cutlery

The property had everything that we needed and was in a good location.

Some minor issues left by the previous residents were highlighted to us before we arrived and a maintenance person was called out to fix these issues. Communication between the owner was good.

Some areas of the property were dusty. Garden area could do with a tidy up.

The location was fine and the house was okay apart from Adam being cleaned properly and the shower didn’t work

Superb

Very nice house with three bedrooms, enough space, clean and tidy, quiet neighborhood. It is really very convenient to go to city center or Anfield by taxi. Easy communication with the host.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable with fresh linen. Easy and cheap to get into the city centre. The neighbours opposite were friendly.

The house was pretty grubby and smelt stale so we went out to buy cleaning stuff and febreeze to tackle the kitchen, bathroom and sitting room as best we could. Outside was grim too with a dirty front door, rubbish on the path, a shabby back yard and a massive pile of bricks in next door’s front.

The garden was very neglected and not user friendly. Could do with some attention. Shower could of been better (More powerful).

Spacious and cosy. Had all the facilities required for a nice weekend away.

Great location for Anfield

The owners were very informative & helpful & answered any queries almost instantly. Lots of info at the property in easy to find folder. Safe parking immediately outside the house. Perfect location for our trip to see LFC play. Brilliant size for our family of mum, son & brother-in-law. Bed linen & bathroom super clean. Very quiet area (apart from noisy gulls! 😂) Both bedrooms upstairs with twin room & 1 double were a super size with beds very comfy & space for hanging or folded clothes. Bathroom light & airy. Local shop steps away should you need it.

The level of cleaning in the kitchen. Kitchen crockery, utensils & oven were missed in the pre occupancy clean up. I had to wash everything before using. No washing up sponge/ brush or antibacterial spray with cloth so had to improvise. The top of the fridge was covered in grease & dirt. When emptying the bin at the end of the stay before leaving - the cleaners hadn’t washed it out before putting a new liner in & the bottom of it was absolutely disgusting. I don’t consider this completely the owners fault as I understand they do not live in Liverpool but they definitely need to get the cleaning company to up their game. Especially given the current situation expectation is that every area should be completely spotless. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me because the kitchen items were easily dealt with if a bit annoying to be essentially cleaning someone else’s mess.

Perfect stay

Very tidy and lovely House! Equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Tonia is a great host and there when you need her, very active with her responses to resolve any queries such as TV and heating controls. Very nice and wants to share all she knew. We had a great stay! Would defo stay again!

Tutto sommato stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Appartamento abbastanza spaziosa, buona qualità- prezzo. Mio letto era morbido, molto comodo.

Appartamento non era molto pulito, anche le pentole in cucina erano sporche. So che non obbligatorio, ma sarebbe comodo trovare zucchero e sale in cucina e shampoo in bagno.
