The room and whole house were very clean and had everything you'd want.
The staff/owners were friendly and welcoming.
My room was moved at the last minute, which left me in the basement.
It was a bit damp down there.
Also I was there for work but couldn't get the wifi to work at all which caused problems.

It was a nice place, very comfy and decorated nicely. We had easy communication to get into the building.
There wasn't hand soap/shampoo/bodywash. Though I feel shampoo/bodywash is an extra, I always feel hand soap is a basic necessity. Additionally only one towel was provided, which was fine for my partner and I to share, but also seems a necessity to have more than one towel.
