nothing - I didn’t even get to the property. on the way there we had a phone call from a man that started the conversation off by saying ‘I have some bad news but it’s not my fault’ basically told us that we now no longer had any where to stay as ‘someone’ had booked 12 other people into our room. booking.com are taking no responsibility for this an neither is the actual people who own the accommodation. so first of all we were left stranded in Liverpool with no where to stay, we then continued to get emails telling us ‘we are looking forward to your stay’, provided us with numbers incase something went wrong… no answer and then still took the money out. no one is taking responsibility so we are unable to get our money back.

Disappointing
It looks like the pictures.
Pretty looking but sadly that’s about all it has to offer. No communication from hosts when needed. No one picks up the phone when you need them, we had no heating. I messaged the host, they expected me to fix the problem myself after they texted me some information on how to control the property “Hive”. I didn’t even know what that was, let alone how to fix the problem. The TV wouldn’t switch on, again messaged the host however they never got back to me on that one. So we spent 5 days without TV and some days without hot water or heating. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you don’t mind being disappointed. Plus be sure to take your own towels, toilet paper and soap.

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Nice docor picture it's filthy. SCAM ARTISTS. THEY WILL THIEVE YOUR MONEY FOR FILTHY CONDITIONS AND SELL YOUR ROOM ON TO SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU EVEN LEAVE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. DO NOT EXPECT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE FRONT DOOR CODE. Can't upload video for some reason.
Communication horrendous. I called for 2 hours after landing to see if I could drop my bagasse off early. I eventually got through to someone and was told it would take me an hour to get there and my room would be cleaned and ready in the same time as the lady was on her way to clean my room as we spoke. I arrived nearly 2 hours after the phone call.Upon arrival I found the front door lock to be hanging nearly fully off. When I got into my room there was skid marks on the toilet, last guests toiletries and soapscum still in the shower, hairs on the sink. The bed had being made up without sheets being changed it looked as though the previous guest had made the bed before leaving. Hairs and stains all over pillow cases and crumpled slept in sheets. Floor filthy and carpets throughout the house were also filthy. I tried repeatedly to make contact with staff to no avail and had to sleep on a towel over bed. Woke up with bites. Stripped the sheets and text staff as they were not answering to please just drop of clean linen and I would clean and make up bed myself. Still no response. On the first night I woke to a man banging down the front door as it was a rough area I was nervous to answer but it turns out it was another guest who had being given the wrong key. Night to no clean sheets returned to a guest informing there was a lock Smith there as door had being put in. Day 3 still not contact from staff arrived back to 3 younge men doing drugs in the sitting room who asked if I worked there as they had being given the code to room 4 lock box but no key inside and they couldn't get through to staff. I explained they must have wrong room as I was in room 4 for the rest of the week when they showed me an email where they had paid hundreds to stay in that room. Obviously staff had expected me to leave as you must deliberately go into booking.com and reopen rooms double book does not happen by accident as I know from 10years+ in hospitality.

DO NOT BOOK !!! The people that own and run this apartment are scammers. They will take your money and just before you check in they will call you to cancel the booking and ask you to request a refund online they will then proceed not to give you a refund. I was left stranded in Liverpool with nowhere to stay regardless of booking almost 3 weeks in advance. It’s been 2 months now since this and I still haven’t received my refund. The property ignores all my calls and texts and booking.com says they can’t contact them. PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY !!!!

ruined my whole weekend
absolutely nothing worse stay I’ve ever had it ruined my whole birthday weekend, the room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in at 5pm! someone then came out to try clean it to which she locked our keys in the room, she disappeared and when called said she was going to get spares and didn’t return and turned the phone off. we had no where to get ready , no room to stay in! took us ages to get in touch with someone else who finally sorted the room ready for us returning after our terrible attempt at a night out at midnight. it’s an absolute joke and I’ve had the worst weekend ever after it been my first night away after having a baby!
