Zak was so responsive even when l had to reach out a bit late due to something that we could not operate in the apartment. Left us a couple of small blankets that we had requested as back up.
Heating was not perfect, and he has promised to look into it asap before the next visitor arrives, which was another positive.

Location was good only 5min walk from Mersey rail .
To many stairs with out handrail

The noise of road traffic, room finishings (curtains)
Tv didn’t work, sofa bed cushions in box spelt like stale cigarettes
