Superb location on the river
Place was a bit tired but location more than made up for it.

This is a lovely little annex situated close to Penrith, the garden is beautiful with the River Eamont running along the bottom end. The hot tub was clean and easy to work and the communication from the hosts was excellent.
The Wi-Fi didn't work However I must stress that I didn't contact the hosts as we were only staying one night and it wasn't a big deal for us so they never had a chance to rectify the issue.

Great location, warm, peaceful.
Hot tub freezing on arrival. 11.8 degrees didn't get to use which was disappointing . Bathroom skirting needs paint touch up. Invest in some nice new white bedding.
