Location was excellent just a short walk to town centre and station. The house was spotlessly clean everywhere. Two double bedrooms and large modern bathroom. Kitchen was fantastic with charging points on the worktop. There was tea and coffee but don't know if they were just left over from other guests. Beds were super comfortable, quite soft, but that suits me. Izabela was great to deal with.
Parking was a bit of a faff as most of the streets are residents permit only. Once we got inside izabela had left information on where to park. (Norfolk place)

Ideally placed for Penrith town centre. House was everthing we needed for a short stay.
Parking is a problem. Had to go into another road. Luckily I found a space. A lot of parking is permit, but this property had double yellows outside anyway.
