Studio in Penrith - Sleeps 2 - Parking

We only stayed for two nights, so the studio is perfectly suited to a short visit. Small but comfortable and clean, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is the real plus: the town centre is within easy walking distance, while the area’s main scenic attractions are just a few miles away. The host was really kind, friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent throughout. A lovely little place and a great base for exploring the area.

What a fantastic little studio. Everything and more that you could need for a base for both walking and sight-seeing. The hosts are brilliant and so friendly. The studio is exactly as its name A Cosy Little Place to relax in. Bed is so comfortable, little kitchen has everything you need and so does the rest of the studio, literally nothing has been forgotten. I highly recommend Cosy Crib for anyone visiting Penrith or the Lakes. Thank You so much - we are already planning when we can come back to see you.

Regular reviewer on Tripadvisor. Apart from being close to industrial estates, the location was nice. Parking space in front of the studio flat but you need to park quite close to the building to allow enough room for the owners to get their car out. Nice modern kitchen. Comes with the basics. They give you tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, bottled water and milk. The bed was comfy and was clean with white sheets and plenty of pillows. There’s tourist leaflets telling you about local attractions. You get lots of like extras like hair dryer, mini shampoos, mini mirror and even a small ironing board! There’s a full length mirror in the living area. Thankfully there’s a fan and a heater. It gets hot and stuffy in a small space so we had to use the fan. Loved the sink on the cistern. What a great way to utilise the lack of space. Overall it was nice for a short stay.

Criticism's are to help improve customer experience, nothing more. The furniture wasn’t in the same place as the photos. The bed is a divan and I believe a standard bed frame would have been better so guests could use the entire space underneath. The mirror above the bed (which I adore and wanted to take home with me) isn’t secure to the wall so if you sit up in bed, you can touch it with the back of your head and it moves. Bedside table is too small and there was only one of them, not two. The kitchen bin is far too small. There should be a few hooks on the inside of the bathroom door as there’s no other hooks to use anywhere. The towel rail is in a bad place. You open the glass shower door and the glass hits it. I think it’s an accident waiting to happen! There’s also very little storage/selves so we had to put our tooth brushes/paste in the shower shelf. The shower doesn’t have a lot of pressure and the temperature gauze is a bit sensitive. You go from really hot to cold if you move it slight too much. I hope this is helpful.
