Great little studio for a weekend in the lakes

Great little Studio not far from Penrith train station! Booked this as we were going to a wedding and it was just what we needed! The owner was super friendly and happy to help at any time :)

Decent space, but a little small overall!

Owner lives in the attached property and popped out when they heard our car, so really easy!! Room was clean, had all essential elements in it, which was fine.

Overall space was quite small (it's a converted garage) which we didn't expect - photographs felt a little misleading. Bathroom space is very small. Overall felt a little overpriced for what we got!

Lovely little find!

Absolutely lovely little studio which was perfectly situated for us to visit our daughter in Penrith. It was very comfortable and in a very quiet location with parking right outside the front door. We had complimentary milk and chilled water ready for us in the fridge which was a nice touch.

The only minor niggle was that there was no full length mirror for checking clothes and doing hair/make up. The very small mirror situated in the bathroom above the toilet was very dark with nowhere to plug in a hairdryer.

Perfect for a couple of nights

Cosy space for two, spotlessly clean, everything you need such as iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee, biscuits, basic self catering equipment and toiletries. Good location walkable to the town in 20 minutes and 15 minutes to train.

Perfect location, perfect hosts!

Seema and Joseph went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. The room was fitted with every facility we could possibly ask for, and more. They even gifted my partner a bottle of beautiful wine after finding out it was his Birthday. We are already looking forward to staying with you again. Thanks Nicola

Great place for short stay!

The perfect stop over.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the location and view. The accommodation is cosy, comfortable and provided for all our needs. It's warm enough with plenty of ventilation if needed. Close to local amenities. This Cosy stop was perfect to break up our 500 mile trip so we booked it for our return trip too. We highly recommend.
