Comfortable room in great location. The bus stop is almost right outside. They put an information book in the room for you which I found really helpful. The room has literally everything you might need. The host is very accommodating and helpful.

I find the blanket just a tiny bit small but it was no big problem.

Great location, great host. Allocated parking spot. Lots of little touches and extras, clean, spacious bedroom.

There was no internal temperature control, so at times it was cold. No inside lock on the door, just a key pad from the outside.

Perfect location, very nice accommodation.

The Guest house had everything you need, in fact more as a Robe and slippers are items I would not normally expect. It is great that it has private parking as it makes it all very convenient. The bed was really comfortable and room 3 where I stayed was very quiet. Greeted on arrival warmly and taken to our room which was very spacious, clean, neat and tidy. It also had a good ensuite shower room. Would happily stay there again if ever visiting Alnwick, it was good value. The guest house is close to the Castle and Gardens and the town itself so one can simply walk easily to all of them.

Perfect location. Bed was exceptionally.comfy. Quiet in the house. Beautifully.clean. Had a boot room for wet wellies etc although I didn't need to use it. It was perfect.

This property is centrally located. The room was spacious, pristine and tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. There was a hospitality tray which was replenished on a daily basis with water and snacks which were very welcome.

Excellent place to stay after a day exploring the area.

Excellent location for exploring the area. The room was very well appointed & spacious. Very comfortable bed. Lots of extra touches that were really appreciated, fresh milk, great tea selection (I'm now a Yorkshire tea convert!), pastries, biscuits, etc. all of which were replenished every day. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area and would certainly recommend to family & friends. Thank you Nicola, you are a great host!

Very comfortable stay

Perfect location and fab that it has an off street car park. Large comfortable room and generous sized bathroom. Soft towels. Large comfy bed. Lots of bits in the room like tea, coffee, water, etc. Nicola met us at the door and was friendly and chatty. Clearly has good knowledge of the area. We would stay again.

There isn’t anything not to like about this property. The only down side which is not the owners fault, is that as it was a very warm day and we like to sleep with the window open and our room was on the front, the Main Street is very busy with vehicles. Even late at night there was still quite a bit of noise but there is nothing the owner can do about that and to be fair we could have shut the window (there was a fan in the room). It did not spoil our enjoyment of Alnwick or the property and wouldn’t put us off booking again. It’s just a note for those who are particularly light sleepers.

We liked the size of the bathroom, the morning gown and slippers, the spa smell of the corridors and room, the bottled waters, coffee and tea, biscuits and crisps, the tv with lots of channels and the dressing table that is actually facing the light! 😊 The only thing that bothered us lightly was that the hot and cold water taps are separate instead of a mixer tap ☺️ Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Perfect location, bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever stayed in. Lovely peaceful sleep and the room was beautiful. Recommend the double deluxe room to everyone! Would definitely stay again

Great value and very comfortable

Easy to find and parking behind which is a bonus. Lovely warm welcome from Nicola who showed us to our room. It was gorgeous and faced the front with a lovely window with a table to sit and people watch. Lots of treats left and fresh milk which is a huge plus. We only stayed 1 night as my friend and I were going to an event in Alnwick Castle but wished I could have stayed longer. Bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet even with traffic noise. Very central for the town and the castle. Will definitely book again.

Central location with a bus stop just outside. Huge v comfortable double bed, large bathroom & shower, high ceilings, lots of mirrors, mini fridge, robes & slippers, hairdryer & straighteners all provided. Free parking.. Everything super clean.

No complaints. We missed not having a kitchenette or crockery so as to prepare our own breakfast. However it is a guest house not a self catering Airbnb & we knew that when we booked. Kettle, mugs, tea/coffee, fresh milk, biscuits, pain au chocolate were provided.

Lovely accommodation

Convenient location within easy walking distance of Alnwick’s attractions and amenities. Extremely comfortable accommodation enhanced with a number of very thoughtful touches. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Car park was free (a bonus in Alnwick) but required care particularly when full. Best to reverse in if you can.

Perfect for a short break. Loads of restaurants and bars, close to the coast with accessible walks

The host is excellent and the accommodation is perfect. Really loved the location, on the edge of the main town but only 2 mins from being in and amongst it. Room was excellent and the bed big and comfy. The little extras provided were also a great touch (robe, slippers, food tray, etc) Would highly recommend.
