Great location, spotless and very comfortable.

It would be nice to be able to get in before 3.

The TV in the room was tiny. We stayed for 2 nights, it would have been nice for the room to have been refreshed after the first night, like the coffee and biscuits etc being replenished . There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs in the room and corridors.

Exceptionally spacious ,clean and very nicely furnished. We had room 3 which is perfect for someone who wishes to stay two or more nights. Guests in this room have the floor to themselves and have a large modern bathroom across the landing( completely private) and also the snug which is a comfortable small lounge with a balcony. The suite was well equipped with everything a guest may need. The only small (and this is being picky) the bathroom would benefit from a small shaving mirror.

As it was an exceptionally hot night ,we had to have the windows open and the property is on a very busy rd. However this would not be an issue during normal British weather. The traffic noise did stop between one am and six am.
