Comfy.
The staff were EXCELLENT. Lovely welcome. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Loved all the biccies and tea/coffee selections. Big hot bath to soak in after a long drive. Nicely positioned TV for viewing. Great decor. Love the bed side peacock lamps. The breakfast was AWESOME!! Great choice, quick service, yummy. Very short walk into the centre past historic monuments.
Arriving and dinner not being served after 8pm. After an 8 hour drive, I had to get back in the car for a McDonalds. Gross.

Room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.
Accessibility for the bath was difficult as very high and shower pressure was not great.

Super friendly and welcoming, spacious room, lovely pub.
Staff were really friendly and welcoming, we stayed for dinner also which was delicious and big portion size (vegan burger). The room was warm, spacious and quiet- but a few steps away from the pub. Parking was great for our van, short walk into Alnwick.

Excellent value for money and perfect location to break up a drive to Scotland.
The hotel was very easy to find. The room was large and well equiped. The breakfast was excellent. The price was very competitive.
There was noise from the male toilets in the pub downstairs. I could clearly hear the hand dryers and guys shouting in there. This woke me up at 22:30.

Friendly helpful staff.
I was unable to have the breakfast due to job start time therefore I requested a packed lunch. This was provided with a choice of sandwich, fruit, chocolate and drink . I was able to adjust the room temperature to my liking.
All good no issues.
