No hot water over the whole weekend.

The property was very nice. It was clean and my room looked amazing. it even had a double Jacuzzi bath. Excellent. staff excellent just didn’t feel like a raise a complaint at the property and also there was nobody around five in the morning.
When I tried to run my double Jacuzzi bath, all I got was lukewarm water until it turned cold and then decided to have a shower cold. I decided to wait and try again in the morning. I was leaving very early. Cold I have been walking from john a groats to lands end and spend most of my time under canvas I treat myself once a week to a Room with a hot bath or shower. This really did ruin my week as I was so looking forward to it. What a shame.
