A spacious nicely decorated apartment.

The owner/caretaker handed the key over to us. The apartment is newly refurbished, close to all the supermarkets, and on the main road. There is safe parking for the vehicle. Host provided coffee pods, cleaning detergents as well as rusks, which was a lovely touch.

There is a nursery school/creche behind the apartment, and it gets a bit noisy with kids in the mornings.

Homely,safe and secure well furnished apartment,with facilities just as described on the booking.com.Clean with comfortable beds. CBD location with cool shops and restaurants close by, myCiti bus easy access should u wish to alternate btwn Uber and Bus , closer to V&A ,Clifton Beach and Campsbay.we enjoyed morning walks with beach views,it's a wholesome location.Got more value for the money actually.The Host was responsive to messages,told us Vanessa will be our go to person the entire time ,she is as amazing 😍 and ready to help, directed to the coolest restaurants around 😁.I loved it here!!!I can say more of positive things..Thanks Jason and Team

Nothing to dislike in all honesty.I can only suggest :The apartment fittings in the main bedroom, lounge couch can still be improved.Since apartment can take up to 4 people, bathrooms can be separated than sharing that beautiful bathroom.Otherwise this place is my go to for my next vacation,well looked after!! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone ,had an amazing 5 nights stay there,smells good ,wifi on point, cutlery enough,I mean 😊❤️

Little home away from home

We had everything we needed (and more) during our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and really felt like a home away from home. It is also ideally located near grocery stores and wonderful restaurants, with the sea only a quick walk away. The on-site parking is also a big bonus. I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Cape Town and will definitely book again in the near future.

Excellent location and gorgeous apartment but the cockroaches ruined it.

The location and choice of decor of the apartment was perfect. The furnishing and feel of the apartment was beautiful yet homely. The agent met us to share the key on time and the cleaner came promptly to collect the key.

We came back after a day of sightseeing and were greeted by ten cockroaches in the span of thirty minutes on our return. There was cockroach spray provided but we woke up to find cockroaches all over again including in the freezer. The next evening was the same with baby cockroaches on the bed side table. Because of this we chose not to cook or eat in the apartment and were uncomfortable going to sleep there.

We had hoped to do laundry, but, washing machine was having issues. Only a short term thing as we were told is it is getting replaced next week. This is a great place stay and would definitely use again

Good enough for our stay but could use some improvements.

Location is convenient with the choice of shops, restaurants and proximity to the beach and major routes. Apartment well decorated and furnished for a cosy feel. They have made a good effort to make guests comfortable. We had a cleaning service during our stay - the cleaner was very friendly, professional and efficient.

There are several points of improvement needed for this apartment to go from being nice to being great. There is a lot of damp in the apartment and signs of mould in cupboards / bathroom. It's understandable with the high moisture in the air and they use a dehumidifier to reduce the damp but it is visible. We also ran out of electricity while there (the meter had to be paid to be topped up). The wifi broke down so for a few days we had to use our data - not easy when international travellers - and then had to deal with repair people to fix the internet. There is construction in the building so we had constant hammering and banging noise every day. We work from "home" during this trip so all these disruptions were really annoying. Washing machine flooded on the last evening. The manager of the apartment is close by and tried to fix everything as best possible but these disruptions shouldn't happen to begin with. There are some unsavoury characters lurking about in the street in the evening so it didn't always feel safe if we wanted to enjoy going to any of the nearby restaurants for dinner or drinks.

Excellent

The apartment was in good condition and clean ,the pics honestly do not do any justice to the place ,it looks better in real life. Place is also central and close to a lot of fun places to explore i.e table mountain ,V&A waterfront ,Clifton 4th and Campsbay beach ,we used Uber to get around places and prices were not bad at all. I personally liked the attention to detail at the place i.e availability of beach towels ,tea & coffees ,wifi ,body wash and lotion .Very good and friendly host ,we didn't even have to contact her during our stay as everything worked the way it was supposed to and everything we needed was available.

The place has a double shower but the door on the other shower isn't available so it defeats the purpose of having one to begin with cause if you use it ,you will have to deal with mopping the floor afterwards.

Fantastic location, fantastic decor in contemporary city apartment

Fantastic spot with all the comfort that you need. Close to lovely restaurants and easy to catch a taxi right outside. The decor is beautiful and there is a comfortable couch and large TV for when you need to chill out. The location is incredible and it was a quick walk to the promenade which was really nice for a Sunday morning run.

The stairwell was very narrow and due to the rain it was wet.

Comfortable stay but be prepared to have a confused owner

Perfect location and comfortable stay

Check in and check out process needs a huge update. No location was given prior to arrival except the name of the shop next door. The person who let us in didn’t know where we could park or where to go in from the parking. When we wanted to leave we had to phone the owner over 7 times to give back the keys. Only heard back 1hr after the time we informed her of when we wanted to leave to find out we could have left the keys in the post box.

A acomodação fica em uma avenida que tem muitas lojas mercados e shopping muito perto. Da para fazer muitas coisas a pé sem necessidade de carro. Fomos bem recebidos e conseguimos deixar as malas na acomodação antes do checkin.

O apartamento estava com muitas baratinhas pequenas e também o apartamento é um pouco escuro. A pia do banheiro ao usar, sobe um cheiro forte… tínhamos que escovar os dentes e abrir rapidamente a torneira e fechar.

L'accueil de Vanessa, qui est tres gentille et se rend disponible ( problème de valise arrivée plus tard ). On se sent tres bien dans cet appartement, tres bien décoré et agencé. On y trouve tout le nécessaire :) Appartement sécurisé et très bien placé, proche des commerces et restaurants. Un petit bacon parfait Merci pour tout

Le seul point "négatif " mais commun a l'Afrique du Sud et indépendant de leur volonté, est l'isolation en simple vitrage des fenêtres, ce qui fait qu'on peux entendre les bruits de la rue assez tôt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Grundsätzlich auch gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Sie hat uns noch gute Tipps für Kapstadt gegeben.

Die Unterkunft hatte keine richtige Heizung wodurch es kalt war. Es roch in der Wohnung nach Feuchtigkeit und auch modrig, als wäre da Schimmel. Im Bad gab es schon Schimmel..

Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung top und Vanessa war bei allem sehr hilfreich und hat uns alles erklärt. Gesicherter Parkplatz im Innenhof, keine Bedenken gehabt.
