Furlani Apartments

Obiekt bardzo dobrze połóżony. Mieliśmy blisko do głównych atrakcji Wenecji, a także do przystanku tramwaju wodnego. W pobliżu jest też sklep i restauracje. W apartamencie jest dostępna kuchnia, lodówka, mikrofalówka oraz naczynia kuchenne. Plusem jest przestronna, odnowiona łazienka i klimatyzacja, która ratowała nas w upały.

Rozkładana sofa nie jest zbyt wygodna. I taka mała sugestia dla wynajmującego - jakby w obiekcie była dostępna odrobina kawy, herbaty, cukru - byłoby super. Większość osób przyjeżdża na kilka dni i kupowanie całych opakowań tych produktów nie ma sensu, a w apartamencie jest czajnik i kawiarka :)

Location is great. 5-10 mins walk to the lagoon, St Marks. Living space was good, airconditioned (but had to leave bedroom doors open). Aircon had been turned on for us (it was June but 30+). Key pickup was easy, we found the place easily. Great Venice apartment for the price and facilities. The rooms were better than we expected. I thought the top room overlooked the lower rooms but it doesn't so there is some level of privacy. The top bedroom is only open to the lounge. Anyone up there has to come down some stairs without a handrail to go to the loo. Having said that the layout was better than we expected. Several floors of stairs to climb, the stairwell / corridor was quite cool.

Checking in. Have to send copies of passports which is a security risk. There is no-one able to look at them on site so sending is the only option. If this bothers you look elsewhere. The host threatened to not check us in if we didn't do it.

Perfect location. Away from the crowds, but near everything too.

Emplacement idéal incontestablement le seul vrai point positif de la location et un séjour à Venise superbe évidemment.

GROSSE DÉCEPTION : Aucun accueil des hôtes, juste pour nous demander le règlement de la taxe de séjour pour nous fournir via WhatsApp de maigres explications sur " l' adresse,les codes d accès et où récupérer la clé de l' appartement RIEN sur la mise en route des : chauffage, chauffe eau , la gazinière, TV et où et à qui remettre les déchets.... un livret explicatif avec quelques photos serait très utile. Par ailleurs avons contacté par WhatsApp le contact téléphonique pour avoir l eau chaude. Très peu de vaisselle seulement entre autres 2 petites cuillères beaucoup de placards dans la cuisine mais totalement vides. D' autre part malgré une relance sur la TV celle ci n a JAMAIS fonctionnée un certain Davide au ton limite perfide nous informant qu il nous fallait modifier les paramètres.de celle ci et régler sur Hdmi1ou2, Es que c est aux locataires saisonniers de faire toutes ces démarches ????
