Clean, modern and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The apartments worked great for our adult party of 4. Host was welcoming and personable.

Emilio was an exceptional host. He met us at the water taxi and walked us to the apartment(s). Emilio took the time to explain where we were in relation to the sites we were going to see, and where to find restaurants and groceries.

The location was excellent! We were in Venice for the biennale and walked to the venue, stopping for coffee (choices abound) and pastries on the way. Excellent recommendation by Emilio, for two restaurants within 6-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The lighting could have been better (a stand alone reading lamp perhaps), extra flat sheets, and light blankets. I know we would have been accommodated if I had asked but all was okay, we were busy and managed.
