Great location. Beautiful nicely decorated apartment.
One bed room was a little stuffy due to no AC but that was more a function of the heat wave in Venice. Otherwise. Great stay.

Location was excellent..Gianluca what is extremely helpful from the beginning with answers to all my questions surrounding water, taxis, etc. It was very helpful with getting a plumber out in a timely fashion when we needed it. I forgot Some personal items and he mailed them to me.
There were no negatives about the property which was a nice apartment with two beds, and one bedroom and a large, king-size bed and another bedroom.

The location is great, the space is well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked.
The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool the house in July. It was hot! The coffee maker didn’t work well.
