Fantastic place that has a window right by a canal, so you can watch boats going by. Beds were comfy, location was central so easy to walk everywhere or get a boat bus.

Very hot temperatures right now and no A/C, but this is common in Venice due to the architecture. Fans are supplied and did help keep us cool enough to sleep though.

Nice atmosphere, lots of character great location. Spacious. Quiet area. Easy self check in.

The location was good, just out of the busy centre, but near enough to walk each time (courtesy of Google maps, and you did need a map!). It was about a 20 minute walk from St Mark's Square, etc. We got the public boat from the airport to Ospedale and it was about a 10 minute walk and easy to find, again with a map! But that was in daylight! It was interesting as it looks directly out onto a canal and you could hear all the boats going by. Very relaxing. Appartment very quirky.

As we were only there for a couple of days, we didn't use the cooking facilities, etc, so difficult to comment. Otherwise, nothing not to like. Just one thing, but not a bad thing, just an observation. Second double bed was on a sort of mezzanine platform with a steep staircase up to it, so OK for our young adults and teenagers, but an older couple may struggle a bit if they drew that straw!

Świetnie położone mieszkanie nad samym kanałem, widok z okna w salonie na kanał Wenecji super. Mieszkanie duże, dobrze wyposażone, komfortowe. Trochę odbiega rzeczywistością od zdjęć w ofercie - braki w wyposażeniu, zużycie, zniszczenia itp. Zdjęcia trochę podkręcone. Aspekt czystości wymaga dużej poprawy.

W mieszkaniu było brudno, wszędzie był kurz i pył, dość chłodne, ciemne i ponure wnętrze. Dogrzewaliśmy się farelką elektryczną. Gospodarz udostępnia suszarkę do włosów ze sztukowanymi kablami, która iskrzy i kopie prądem. Nam wywaliło korki, więc byliśmy pozbawieni prądu przez jeden dzień. Niestety ale Gospodarz nie poinformował nas gdzie znajdują się bezpieczniki, aby ponownie włączyć zasilanie. W całym mieszkaniu unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny i kanalizacji, maskowany odświeżaczami powietrza w kontaktach. Spaliśmy w innych lokalizacjach w przeszłości i nie było takich problemów z zapachem. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia i remontu.
