Located in a lovely building in a quiet area away from confusion, this apartment will allow you to stay near the Venice Arsenal, which houses the Naval History Museum, part of the Biennale exhibition for 6 months a year and the Boat Show in late May-early June.
In addition, in 5 minutes you can reach the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon at the beginning of the 19th century, now the main venue for the Biennale of Art and Architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions. With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, and a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano.
Classically furnished, with a clean and modern design, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, suitable for families or groups of friends, and consists of a living area with sofa and dining table, separate and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, to give you all the space and privacy you need. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the appliances in the kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a laundry room for common use. Within 450m there are two convenience stores.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the resident.

I can't say enough about our recent stay in the Biennale Design Apartment R&R apartment. It was amazing! Beginning before we even arrived, Caterina arranged for transportation from the airport to just around the corner from the apartment. That was so convenient! The apartment was wonderful - in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. They then arranged transportation to the train station on the morning we left. The only negative was the wifi. It never seemed to work, but we used our data and it wasn't really a problem. We would definitely recommend this apartment to someone planning a trip to Venice! 5 Stars!

This place had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet, residential neighborhood away from the crowds, and near the Venice Biennale venues which we came to see. The bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were great. It was smaller than we expected, but that was OK because it was really a place to crash after a busy day of touring and art. There were a few mosquitoes flying around so it seems that the windows could be sealed a little better (and one was left open when we arrived). The management was very responsive and very helpful to us with transportation around Venice. All-in-all we were very pleased.

We had a nice stay overall. Good communication before trip. Once there, the Wi-Fi never worked. We reached out and received response to try another Wi-Fi address, which didn’t work. When I let them know it wasn’t working, no response. Only issue we had. Everything else was great.

Exactly as advertised. Sleeps 5-6 but we only had 3. Two separate bathrooms. A great property. Accessible to all of Venice so a good choice.
