2 bedroom house in Rhos-on-sea

Proximity to beach and town. There was plenty of room for family of four. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room comfortable. Beds comfortable. Views lovely. Good idea to put living accommodation on 1st floor.

The house was grubby and smelt dirty. The bannister was sticky. Cleaner needed The small freezer was iced up with no room for anything. The bedroom windows need venetian blinds or net curtains for privacy.

Great location, clean and tidy, well resourced, lovely yard and very clean.

Gorgeous property , spotless and has the best facilities and lovely view ,,, amazing location,,, safe with my grandkids and Maltipoo, friendly neighbours and lovely ice cream lady just out of the drive ,,, central for absolutely everything you need, there is no wonder this property is hardly available,,, definitely recommend and we will definitely return thanks for the best memories with my grandchildren they didn’t want to go home 💝

bed was comfortable. kitchen was suitably equipped and lounge area was good size.

the entrance hall smelt of a stale mould/feet smell. the bathroom had black mould on tiles and ceiling, the chair in the lounge had a large stain on it, there was no shelfing in the bathroom to put any toiletries. the bedroom overlooked the owners garden so had to keep the curtains closed all the time. there was no information pack on local attractions, no games or even a pen and paper. it stated the beach was across the road, this might be true but not accessible. you had to walk at least half a mile to access. we have stayed in much cheaper accommodation and have received a welcome pack and a cupboard full of board games etc, its nice to have the option
