Great base to explore.

We liked being able to park out side the house, the house was clean & tidy.. lovely & warm…great safe garden to let our dogs out ,it had all the things we needed to hand . Short walk to the beach . & shops . Lovely friendly people in Rhos !

There was a wind chime in the garden of the connecting property which was outside our bedroom window chiming all night in the wind ! Both nights .. just couldn’t sleep . Also as others have said. .. not enough seating in the lounge.

We had a lovely weekend with a cute, warm stay in the perfect location

Location and the house was lovely, warm and clean

There could have been more sofa space. 4 of us stayed and we struggled with room on the sofa. The house caters for 6 people and if 6 had been there this weekend then I feel there definitely wouldn’t be enough room for everyone to sit down

By the sea and convenient to all the Rhos-on-Sea has to offer,

Location was great in terms of right by the sea and near to all the Rhos has to offer. Excellent shower. I like the coffee and ice cream at Fortes. House was clean and tidy with some supplies left in situ - excellent corner shop just down to road turn R out of property, and turn R at second Junction with Top Wok a very good Chinese takeaway. No complaints at all, easy parking at the door, safe parking in the road outside too. We enjoyed our stay

The heating could have been extended as we entered a cold snap. The mattress cover - plastic/rubber - made the bed hotter and rustled.

Beautiful little house near the beach in a stunning area near mountains.

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable, ideally situated opposite the beach with easy parking. The host (and host's family who lived next door) were friendly and helpful. The house was warm and well-equipped with a bath and a washing machine, both helpful after cold, wet and windy mountain or beach walks. The enclosed garden was handy with the dog. The area itself was lovely, a beautiful area with plenty to see and do. Lovely promenade and beach walks,dog friendly warm local pub with a fire in walking distance, local shops, cafes, take aways all within walking distance. A 5 minute drive was Angel Bay where we saw seals, we climbed Mount Snowdon, experienced the Welsh heritage steam railways, ideally situated to visit lots of beautiful places.. we would highly recommend and would love to come back to see more of the area

A hairdryer would have been handy. And we found the sofa bed difficult to use. It wasn't a simple fold up, fold down, parts had to be removed and stored somewhere to use the sofa bed which meant we left the sofa bed up the whole time, which wasn't ideal for us to relax as a family at the end of the day.

Great property near the sea

Lovely location, 2min walk to beach, shops, parks and takeaways/pubs/restaurants. Very clean and provided EVERYTHING needed for a family of 6, just bath towels required as pointed out very clearly when booked. Great communication with the host before our stay and no issues or need for contact during. We would highly recommend!

Lovely modern clean house with all the things you need for a relaxing holiday .

In a good location, only a short walk to the shops and promenade etc. Nice cafes and independent shops . Had a nice relaxing time and a good base to explore North Wales.

It was lovely for somewhere private to sit out . We thought it wasn’t the prettiest of gardens but a lovely new patio had been done.

It was all lovely, spacious and clean. Great views and comfortable beds.

Not a negative just a tip for those staying as it is self catering - remember to take a shower mat as the bath can be a bit slippy when wet.
