Great location and facilities. 5 minute walk to Royal Mile and great communication from staff. Highly recommended.
Only fownside was that the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but perfect if you only need one bed (bed in master bedroom).

Located about 5 minutes walking distance from bus stops, away from the crowds in a more local vibe, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, all new and good finishes, ample kitchen and bathroom. I was impressed on how quiet it is inside despite being in a very busy street!
I would include instructions on how to use the washer/dryer unit, I had to Google it, and coming from Mexico and the US, we are not used to these units. Also, there is only one window allowing natural light, but there’s nothing that can be done about the being an old building and the layout of the space.

Appartement très propre, très bien situé à Abbey Hill. Le pub dans le quartier est très sympa et le fish and chips à côté de l appartement est très bon! Savon et shampoing à disposition dans l appartement.
J avais pris des boules quies car non habituée au bruit de la rue! C était nickel!

The location was good. Price is ok.
I was planning to sleep at couch because it seems quite long in the pictures. When i arrive it was two-seater sofá different than pictures. When i opened it, it was quite uncomfortable. Apartment is at the ground level and next to window was cold. I became sick at the first night.
