Cute stay in good location

The property was very cute & in a good location for the city centre and leith. It was easy to find and some Scottish shortbreads were left for us.

The sofa bed (different from the picture) was really uncomfortable - we had to keep swapping so that we’d all have some sleep in the nice bed! (The other bed was extremely comfortable though!) The front door lock was a little stiff and did cause us a spot of bother.

A pleasant stay overall, with excellent hosting in a lovely neighbourhood.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location in the centre of Edinburgh. The space was nicely decorated, well-equipped, and made us feel at home. Robert was an excellent host — very communicative and helpful

The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit softer than we personally prefer.

I had a fantastic stay! The flat was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. Check-in was smooth. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great little gem

Had a fabulous stay, cozy and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and warm. The kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfortable. Location is 20 mins walk from the station and main shopping, 25 mins from the Royal Mile. Plenty of local shops, buses and trams 2 mins away. Would definately return.

As a suggestion, a blind in the bathroom would be great.

It was great, everything we needed.

The location, we had the bus and tram to visit the center. A supermarket nearby. A very quiet area.

Maybe the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but it did the job.

Needs hooks to hang up wet jackets. Apartment is quite “basic”, though it met our needs. Very noise front door ( to be building). Was irritating and interrupted sleep.

Fairly good place to stay

Very vibrant location in a short walk or bus ride to the city center

The building looks old and not so well maintained. I did not like to have the hearing has boiler placed in the sleeping room, both for the noise both for safety reasons. Price was high for the type of accommodation as I could get a nice hotel with breakfast for less of the same price while around in Scotland, but I guess that’s Edinburg during the Fringe festival

Lovely apartment

The apartment is beautifully presented and decorated in a modern style. It was so clean and tidy. The shower was amazing, too. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was amazing really modern decor , The host even added christmas decs up for us before we got there .It was in a great location close to all amenities , The kitchen had everything you need to cook anything .even had a washing machine . We would definitely go back again .

Bueas, La verdad es que nos gusto todo desde el minuto 1, fue todo facilidades, un edificio muy tranquilo y el piso super acogedor, con todos los servicios funcionando bien, buena comunicación con el Anfitrión Robert ubicación excelente auna 5 paradas del centro de Edimburgo. La cocina tenia todo lo necesario para hecer de comer. Todo perfecto.

Si tener demasiada importancia, pero no conseguimos el agua calienta el el grifo de la cocina y la verdad que a la hora de lavar los platos se te hielan las manos.

Cerca del metro y de comercios. La habitación doble muy bien. Es un alojamiento para 2, no para 3. Bonito y con buena ducha.

Décevant par rapport au prix

Équipement très pauvre dans la cuisine, 3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux, très peu d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine. Impossible de faire le ménage, aucun ustensile accessible (pas de balai, ni d'aspirateur, une simple petite éponge pour 2 journées complètes). Bien que le propriétaire ne soit pas responsable, le parking est un gros problème car il est très cher (minimum 4,20 livres de l'heure dans la rue) et très difficile le soir car limité (il est gratuit à partir de 17h30, premier arrivé, premier servi).

Świetna lokalizacja, szybkie i proste zameldowanie, przytulne wnętrze

Zniechęcająca komunikacja z hostem - komunikaty były głównie zakazami i zasadami, które sprawiały, że jako goście czuliśmy się jak intruzi. Host zamiast doradzać, poucza. Komfort w mieszkaniu znacznie utrudniała ilość odświeżaczy powietrza, sztucznie i mocno wyperfumowane wnętrza mieszkania. Tylko jedna lampka nocna i żadnego koca.
