La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere Chieri e Torino, ampia, silenziosa, davvero ben attrezzata. Non manca nulla in cucina e la casa è silenziosissima e circondata dal verde. C'è anche un posto auto interno ma non ne ho usufruito. Comodo l'accesso autonomo.
C'era un pò di odore di umidità perchè seminterrata ma è bastato arieggiare un pò ed è sparita. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema di caldaia (imprevedibile) ma risolto prontamente e velocemente dalla proprietaria.
