Convenient and quiet apartment near the city center with 4 real bedrooms

the location is very convenient, close to the main station and to the city center, but also extremely quiet. the apartment has 4 separate bedrooms, all with real beds (no sofa-beds or beds in the living room like many other apartments). the host is very nice and has prepared excellent video-instructions about how to retrieve the keys. the apartment was perfectly clean, functional and well furnished. wifi was good

getting to the apartment requires going through a number of different doors and gates and each has its own key. at times it wasn't obvious to pick the right key for the right door and we had to do some trial and error before finding the right one. marking all the keys with some colors would be very helpful

Recomiendo para estancias cortas

Apartamento muy acogedor, está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro y además tiene supermercados cerca. Hemos estado muy cómodos durante la estancia, lo único malo es que no sabíamos cómo encender la calefacción, no hay productos básicos de cocina como aceite, sal… Al principio puede ser un poco complicado acceder al apartamento, pero una vez le coges el truco no tiene complicación. También la propietaria fue muy atenta y respondía rápido. Recomiendo mucho.

Un apartamento peculiar

Ubicación excelente en un barrio con muchos restaurantes y bares con buen ambiente. La estación central no queda lejos. La calefacción fue lo mejor, funcionaba todo el día. El apartamento se ubica en un patio interior amplio y es muy tranquilo. Tiene lavadora y secadora y había detergentes que pudimos utilizar. Cuatro habitaciones con camas confortables, un solo baño pero amplio y lavabo con dos senos. Hay secador y la ducha funciona bien.

El acceso es un poco complicado la primera vez con llave para puertas, rejas y ascensor y el candado para las llaves no se ubica en la misma calle pero bueno te mandan un vídeo donde se explica todo.

A localização central, instalações espaçosas, um cozinha grande e espaço de refeição, máquina de lavar roupa e louça, secador de cabelo e Wi-Fi

Foi pena só existir uma casa de banho numa casa com 4 quartos, o que para 6 pessoas é pouco. Podia estar ainda mais limpo. O processo de entrada no prédio torna-se confuso. Penso que com tantas chaves o proprietário poderia dizer o uso de cada uma previamente, tivemos que experimentar várias para tentar perceber qual abria o quê.

J'adore l'Italie et surtout Torino qui est selon moi une destination incontournable berceau même de la dolce vita Torino Capitale

Il manquait des couverts et des poêles, peu pratique si on veut cuisiner. De plus l'accès au logement imposait d'avoir les clés impérativement ce qui n'est pas pratique quand on est plusieurs personnes.

Vreselijk appartement gelegen in een woonkazerne. Vier slaapkamers, waarvan 1 zonder raam maar met kledingkast, en 1 met raam maar zonder kledingkast! Twee kamers deelden een airco, de muur was gewoon halverwege open gezaagd. 0,0 privacy. Lelijk interieur, goedkoop synthetisch beddengoed en het allerergste: 1 sleutelset voor 3 personen, met daaraan 5 (VIJF) sleutels om het appartement in EN uit te komen! Dus iedereen moest alles tegelijkertijd doen, geen moment om even achter te blijven, terug te gaan, later te vertrekken. Bijzonder naar en claustrofobisch gevoel.

Apartamento funcional no centro de torino, muito confortável

Localização muito boa próxima da região central de Torino. Na mesma rua do apartamento tem bares, restaurantes, lojas boas e um mini-mercado na esquina. Fica próximo à estação de trem. O apartamento é bem completo e muito confortável, com geladeira, máquinas de lavar e secar roupas, calefação, 1 banheiro grande, mobiliário completo. Achei o local bastante seguro, pois não tem acesso à rua diretamente, há que se passar por 3 portões para chegar até o apartamento, que comporta com conforto até 8 pessoas.

O elevador não funcionava muito bem, parou de funcionar algumas vezes com a chave que nos foi fornecida. Não foram fornecidas chaves do portão da escadaria, como alternativa ao elevador. Como são necessárias muitas chaves para acessar o apartamento, a simples identificação delas com etiquetas facilitaria também o seu uso. Tivemos um pequeno problema na chegada com o boiler, que não estava aquecendo a água do chuveiro e torneiras, porém conseguimos resolver por conta própria (tutorial no youtube).

God beliggende lejlighed med basale ting og møbler

Dejlig beliggenhed hvorfra det er nemt at komme til og fra centrum, både på gåben og med offentlig transport.

Sengene var små (mindre end normalt størrelse dobbelseng), den ene seng knagede voldsomt. To af værelserne er delt med en meget tynd papvæg imellem sig, i toppen af væggen er der skåret hul i væggen til airconditionen som så fungere på begge værelser. Træls hvis man rejser flere sammen og ønsker lidt privatliv. Der er utroligt lydt i hele lejligheden. Gulvene var nusset rundt omkring i hjørnerne og kanterne, generelt kunne rengøringen godt være bedre.
