It is a very big apartment. It is clean and well designed. I was impressed with the window view. I would definately recommend it for a city break or longer stay with friends or family. There are 4 rooms, big bathroom, comfortable kitchen and tv space. Thank you for kind hostage.

Grande appartamento in pieno centro

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, vicino alle vie commerciali e al parco Valentino, tanti ristoranti a pochi passi e tutti di qualità, alloggio in palazzo signorile, checkin in autonomia, grande appartamento, 3 camere, salone ampio e 1 grande bagno, proprietaria molto disponibile e attenta alle nostre richieste.

In generale l'alloggio è di prestigio, meriterebbe più cura nei dettagli, più pulizia e una rinfrescata al mobilio e ai muri, un pò di disordine negli armadi con oggetti lasciati senza motivo. Anche a fronte di un prezzo superiore.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, in un'ottima posizione e tenuto abbastanza bene. Il tavolo è allungabile quindi molto comodo se si è in tanti.

Consiglierei di mettere qualche utensile in più in cucina e qualche asciugamano in più. Abbiamo trovato un macchia gialla sulla federa di un cuscino ma non è stato comunque un grosso problema. Ci sarebbe da dare una sistemata al terrazzo perchè abbiamo trovato un po' di cose fuori posto ad esempio una rete di un letto appoggiata al muro e delle cose appese nel filo per asciugare i vestiti. Per il resto tutto ok!

Pulizia da migliorare, polvere ovunque. Per 10 persone un solo bagno non basta. Peccato per il negozio di kebab sotto, non ci ha fatto dormire per una notte intera a causa del forte rumore. Una camera senza armadio, materassi scomodi, non molto illuminate. Insomma, mi aspettavo di più

L'appartamento è stata una base d'appoggio più che buona per quello che dovevamo fare.

Ottima posizione, ambiente spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario, pronto a rispondere in tempi brevi a qualsiasi domanda.

Pulizia un po' approssimativa, in particolare le stoviglie. Lenzuola pulite ma stropicciate. Ascensore piccolo: noi eravamo in 9 e portare tutte le valigie al terzo piano ha richiesto un po' di pazienza.

Estadia em Turim

Gostei muito do espaço da casa, para mim estava muito bem organizada, éramos um grupo de 5 adultos e 5 crianças, estava tudo super bem separado os espaços e chega perfeitamente para todo o grupo.

Para estacionar é difícil, o apartamento fica numa zona que pelo nosso conhecimento, não temos autorização para estacionar, somente durante a noite, e de manhã precisamos de acordar bem cedo para procurar um local para estacionar, mas tem estacionamento não muito longe gratuito

Ottima SOLO per la posizione..

La pulizia dell’alloggio lasciava molto a desiderare. Lenzuola e asciugamani avevano un odore terribile (forse perché vengono lasciati in asciugatrice tra un soggiorno e l’altro. Di regola la biancheria nelle strutture ricettive deve essere di colore bianco per poter essere lavata e sanificata a 90 gradi e con candeggina. La cucina era appiccicosa di grasso, abbiamo dovuto rilavare le stoviglie. Nelle stanze c’erano dei ventilatori a soffitto pienissimi di polvere. L’ascensore non era affatto agibile per una persona disabile né per un passeggino di un bambino; segnalo che sulla descrizione veniva, invece, indicato che era accessibile per persone disabili (e di fatto a passeggini per bambini). In ultimo, abbiamo richiesto un lettino per una neonata e ci è stato portato un lettino da campeggio mezzo sgangherato, con un materasso indecente e con un lenzuolo enorme che fungeva da coperta. L’abbiamo pagato e ricevuto con un giorno di ritardo; l’host ha detto che non l’avrebbe addebitato, visto il disguido, peccato che il pagamento era già avvenuto in anticipo tramite Booking.

Gute Lage, aber bei der Sauberkeit und Qualität des Inventars muss man Abstriche machen.

Die Lage ist super - zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ca. 15 min. Parkhaus, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß.

Die Laken haben muffelig gerochen. Die gesamte Küchenausstattung ist heruntergekommen.

Sa position et le fait d’être dans un appartement très Turinois. Les boiseries, hauteur sous plafond, le charme des appartements anciens.

Les équipements : manque de vaisselle (exemple pas un mug par personne) manque de verre, de petites cuillères , pas de cafetière pour un groupe, ..:.. déjeuner, dîner semblaient compliqués
