Très bonne situation dans le centre historique, 15 min à pieds de la gare et du Duomo, commerces a proximité. Propriétaire très sympathique. Présence de ventilateurs au plafond dans toutes les pièces pour la chaleur.
Absence de climatisation, intérieur machine à laver avec moisissures donc inutilisable, rue bruyante avec pizza/kebab ouvert toute la nuit, pas possiblede fermer les volets car gonds cassés (risque de chute).

Notre hôte nous avait envoyer une vidéo explicative détallée de la récupération des clés. Sans problème concernant cette récupération.
Il manque un peu d'équipement nécessaires à la cuisine si le nombre de personne est supérieur à deux.

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, vicino alle vie commerciali e al parco Valentino, tanti ristoranti a pochi passi e tutti di qualità, alloggio in palazzo signorile, checkin in autonomia, grande appartamento, 3 camere, salone ampio e 1 grande bagno, proprietaria molto disponibile e attenta alle nostre richieste.
In generale l'alloggio è di prestigio, meriterebbe più cura nei dettagli, più pulizia e una rinfrescata al mobilio e ai muri, un pò di disordine negli armadi con oggetti lasciati senza motivo. Anche a fronte di un prezzo superiore.
