It was a decent stay for 1 night (though it was overpriced because of the ATP weekend)

It was very easy to collect the keys and easy to communicate with the host. The location was decent though not the most central. The bed was comfortable and the apartment size was good.

While the apartment was clean, there was a smell that I thought was coming from the bathroom, I think it had to do with the pipes/sewers, it was not a pleasant smell. Since it was just for one night, I didn't see the need to get this fixded with the owners but I do hope they fix it for the next customers. Additionally, since we were in Torino for the ATP weekend, the price for one night was overpriced and very expensive for Torino.

Accommodation and facilities not as described

Although entry was a little complex, the owner sent clear directions and we were able to book car parking with electric charging on the day of arrival

The accommodation did not meet our needs, being very different from the description on Booking.com. The website said the property had three beds, including a bedroom with double bed, Living-room 1 with a sofa bed and Living room 2 with a sofa bed. I booked this so my husband and I had our own room and each of our two teenage boys had their own beds. The description also said the loft had good views from the windows. In reality, the apartment consisted of one room only (plus bathroom). The room had one sofa bed (with some dirt on the bed sheets) which my sons had to share and a second bed (the quality of which was like a sofa bed) which my husband and I shared. The windows were about 2 meters from the ground so could not be looked through. In addition the wi-Fi account listed was not available/did not appear on the list if available wi-Fi. I raised the above points with the owner the following day. She replied that the apartment was per the photos and that it was the fault of Booking.com that the description was not correct. She also told me that no-one else had had problems with the wi-Fi, thus implying that it was someone my fault. There was no empathy or sign of an apology.

Very good

Easy access to the appartment as all the self check-in information (supported by photos) was very clear. Supermarket is just beside the building. Garage just under the building with possibility to charge your e-car. Style of the appartment was cool. Well located.

Those points are only for further improvements ;) At booking, it wasn't mentioned that the loft is an AirBnB style appartment with self check-in. At first, I was not so confident with the link provided for self check-in (Vikey.it) as it was asking to upload photos about my document and myself. I was told by the contact person of the appartment that there is no other way to make it. At the end, (as mentioned above) it worked pretty well. All the information received was very clear and useful. If you ask a parking spot with e-car charging option, make sure that you precise with the personel which type of cable / connection is availble on site.

good stay for big group.

it’s spacious for big group; max 4 pax in one apartment there are supermarkets around the area.

not complete kitchen supplies. we have to buy basic need like salt , oil, etc. there’s no proper knife for cooking. a vacuum cleaner should be provided.. we go everywhere buy taxi to reach bus stop or station, but not really a problem with app.

I enjoyed the fact that there was available parking that is downstairs the apartment, very comfortable! just keep in mind it's paid parking (10eur/day) there is also a possibility to charge EV for an extra cost. The Check-in process was very smooth. The apartment was clean and cozy, comfortable for the stay, I liked it. Huge windows give a lot of daylight, great spot for ones who work online The administrator was polite and kind, even though I had some misunderstandings during my booking, yet she still managed to find a way for a compromise :) Thanks a lot for that, I appreciate it!

The location wasn't very pleasant. The apartment itself is overpriced. I did get a last-minute discount, and still, it did look too expensive considering the fact of the location and the apartment itself. Looks like the owner pretends to make some 'luxury' suits..yet these rooms are a bit far from high standards or high quality. Are good, clean, and comfortable, they are a nice spot to stay, but that's all. - I was hoping to see the dishwasher in the kitchen, unfortunately, it wasn't there. -At the time of my visit construction works were ruining the atmosphere. This kind of work makes a lot of mess, leaves dust all over, and creates a lot of noise.. guests should be warned about that situation, or at least receive an apology for the inconvenience during the stay. - The reminder of paying the tax during the first days of the stay was annoying. First of all.. I needed cash for it, and it took me a while to find a suitable cash machine around.. reminders made me feel uncomfortable, and at the end, the owner visit in the morning TO COLLECT the cash.. well, that was beyond my expectations.. like I would run away without paying, really?? :D all of the QUALITY places I ever stayed, let me feel relaxed till my last day, without any reminders, trusting and respecting me as a guest, or just sending me an online payment link, that I could proceed with only a few clicks.

Good

Very easy check-in process, the communication with the people at the reception was very good, the location of the apartment is very good (close to supermarkets, public transport and restaurants). The wifi is very good and the the TV is quite large.

The facilities are minimal (no toiletries, minimally equipped kitchen), the room was not clean when checking-in, the appliances are old especially in the bathroom where the shower door does not close, there is no heating in the bathroom, the chairs are not comfortable and the apartment is suitable for short stays. There was loud noise on the corridor almost every day starting 08.00 due to construction works, no rest or business meetings online were possible for 5-6 hours.

Only small thing for me was little further from the centre than I thought it would be but good end to go to the Allianz Stadium.to see Juventus and right next to supermarket

This Loft is amazing!

The Loft looks amazing! It's nice and clean, bed and sofa are very comfortable, shower is very spacious. The location of the Loft is pretty decent, 50m outside of the building there is a Penny Market and a Bus Stop. There is also a Lidl close by for a bigger shopping. You can go to a couple of restaurants and cafés near the Loft, most of them serve tasty Italian food. Definetly recommend the place for a quick night in, a weekend city break or a longer stay!

The door of the shower cabin was not really fully closing so after the shower we had to clean things up. Unfortunately there also isn't an oven or a microwave, so if You want a movie night with a fresh made popcorn, not this time.

Very poor

I am highly disappointed by the customer service in this apartment. First, they did not give the invoice in spite of the fact I asked many times. Second I did not get receipt for the cash I left for some city tax. The managers also asked for a scan of my ID instead of asking me just for ID details or checking ID personally. In Poland asking for ID scans by hotels is illegal.

Superb

Nice apartment, well organized, calm and quiet room, big bathroom with towels and everything . Easy self chek-in , big and well secured privet parking, safe entry. Stayed here for about a month, the kitchen and the washing machin were very useful. Wonderful and understanding staff always avaliable on whats up Next to the hotel there is a great supermarket where you can find all your needs Didn't have any problems reaching the city center the close bus line 59 and the trams 9 and 16 where perfect.

Don't stay there if you are on business trip

The hosts failed to provide the proper invoice for my stay which I needed to cover my expenses for my university. Inititially they blatantly refused. After I send the link from booking.com explaining that they are OBLIGED to do it they still have not send it.

Debora is the only reason I was able to stay at the Loft. We had various issues with the floor and Debora was able to fix everything and more, while the owner hanged up the call while we were complaining.
