The owner was prompt to respond to my questions

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Lacks basics like soap in the bathroom and kettle to heat water. Living room lacked comfortable sitting space- only sofa. Laundry left drying when we arrived and rack full. Floors were sticky.

Quite dirty: dirty cutlery and inside the drawers, dust, hairs on the floor, there was still humid towels and bedsheets from previous guests in the drying machine and hanging (check out is at 11, we arrived at 7pm), not a nice feeling. There was a dishwasher (inside still glasses and cutlery from the previous guests) not even 1 capsule, or new sponge to clean the dishes. It’s a pity because the location is good and the apartment potentially nice, just need a little effort from the host to provide more services customer oriented (ensure high cleaning levels is a must; it is normally highly appreciated who provides basic needs for the kitchen such as salt/sugar, one bottle of water, new dish cleaning sponge/products, Etc..)

Great location

Location very good, near Vittorio Vento square (underground parking) and the Po. Public transport and grocery shops/restaurants nearby. Functional apartment, key pick-up explained well by owner on video.

The apartment was very hot even with ventilation. The dishwasher had not been emptied and the dryer in the bathroom was full. We were 4 friends and the bathroom was very humid after 4 showers as only a tiny window to the stairwell to air the room

My check out was at 11 Am , the owner came to kick us out at 10.30 am , very bat communication + they asked for 52 Euros extra " tourist tax" cash to be left at the property. Do not recommend this property 😪😪😨😨😨😨

Great experience

This apartment has everything you are looking for, it's very comfortable, it's in the city center and very close to the best things in Turin. I recommend it for a family or for a large group of travelers as there are two double beds, two singles and a sofa. It's easy to find, it was very clean and it is close to public transportation. You rent the whole apartment so there it privacy which I liked and there were towels, soap, and toilet paper available for the use.

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo

La struttura è in una posizione ottima per visitare la città, si arriva in 20 minuti a piedi in centro, e volendo ci sono diverse fermate dei mezzi pubblici a pochi passi dalla casa. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Gli ambienti sono puliti e spaziosi, comodi fino a 8 persone, che comunque devono mettere in conto di dividere un solo bagno, ma si sa quando si prenota. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Per maggiore comodità degli ospiti si potrebbe offrire qualche shampoo e bagno schiuma monodose almeno per il primo giorno, e magari rinfrescare pareti e biancheria del letti, che hanno materassi un po' datati. Tuttavia, per il prezzo proposto sono tutte cose su cui si sorvola senza problemi.

La posizione molto comoda

Appena arrivati nell’appartamento c’era molta umidità dovuta al fatto che l’asciugatrice fosse ancora in funzione. Gli asciugamani dati in dotazione erano molto rovinati con macchie di varichina e quindi molto scoloriti. Diciamo che l’appartamento non è male ma potrebbe essere un po’ più curato.

Appartement idéal pour famille de 5 Possibilité de se garer au parking de la place Vittorio Veneto qui est proche (18 euros par jour, accès hors ZTL par le pont)

Très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (même pas de casserole ou bouilloire pour faire chauffer de l’eau, il faut utiliser un faitout)

- Serviettes et draps, liquide vaisselle, dosettes lave vaisselle fournis. - Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge à disposition. - Super ventilateurs au plafond, très agréables. - Propre et bien décoré. - À deux pas du centre ville - Bien desservi par les transports, mais de toute façon, vous pouvez marcher facilement vers les principaux sites. - Accueil facilité en autonomie avec un code. - Hôte agréable et serviable.

- Manque de couverts, et ceux fournis sont hors d’âge. - Pas de four micro-ondes. - Pas assez de vaisselle : pas de saladier, pas d’épluche-légume, pas de pose-plat, pas de planche à découper. - Pas de parking privé. - À savoir : appartement en zone à trafic limité : attention aux amendes.

Podia ser muito melhor pelo o que se paga

Boa localização. Fácil acesso a pé aos principais pontos turísticos e também ao transporte público. Possui máquina de lavar e secar roupas.

A limpeza não estava boa, havia muito pó no chão, roupas na secadora, e louças na máquina (que não foram bem lavadas). Não havia produtos de limpeza para a cozinha e nem panos. Também não havia o básico para cozinhar, como sal, óleo, e pimenta. As camas faziam muito barulho e estavam literalmente caindo aos pedaços. Todas as portas estão defeituosas, presas ao chão quando a abrimos e fazendo muito barulho. Não havia sequer uma garrafa de água quando chegamos. O calor beira ao insuportável pois não há ar-condicionado e não há condições de ficar com as janelas abertas, pois um quarto fica com a janela virada para uma rua movimentada, e outro tem as janelas para a escada do prédio (???).

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen ok, aber die Möbel müssten mal ausgetauscht werden!

Die Lage und das Platzangebot sowie die gute Beschreibung, wie man in das Appartment kommt (Check-in ohne persönlichen Kontakt).

Die Möbel waren insgesamt total abgewohnt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimer war über und über mit großen Schweiß- und anderen Flecken übersäht… das war ekelig!

Un bell'appartamento nel centro di Torino

L'appartamento è collocato nel pieno centro di Torino, comodissimo per tutto. La proprietaria, Antonella, è gentilissima e super presente, e gli spazi sono grandi e confortevoli. Ottimo il wi-fi che prende benissimo ovunque.

La camera che dà su via Bava è, ahimè, molto rumorosa e lo specchio è collocato in un punto non utilizzabile. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche confort in più: un cestino, una mensola nella doccia e bagnoschiuma e shampoo, che ormai sono forniti ovunque, tant'è che noi non li avevamo portati e ci siamo dovuti un po' arrangiare. Molto scomodo, se uno viaggia carico, il non poter usare l'ascensore.

Soggiorni Casa Bracco a Torino

Appartamento pulito e spazioso. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda per visitare Torino. È situato in una zona tranquilla tuttavia il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e ha risposto con prontezza a ogni nostro quesito, dimostrando attenzione e cortesia.

L'appartamento è piuttosto buio, con poca luce naturale. Il bagno presenta problemi di scarico: ogni doccia provoca un allagamento, rendendo scomodo l’utilizzo. I materassi sono molto leggeri, non particolarmente comodi per dormire. Distante dalla stazione per chi arriva con i mezzi. Per chi viaggia in macchina, non è semplice trovare parcheggio in zona e non è possibile lasciare l'auto nella via sotto casa.

La casa è estremamente spaziosa e comoda. Dispone di una cucina con tutti i servizi quindi ottima per una famiglia in viaggio. Inoltre è posizionata proprio nel centro di Torino: impossibile non sceglierla!
