DONT STAY HERE. Rooms nothing like online photos, things broken, Property owner will ignore you!
DO NOT STAY HERE. The property owner confirmed in writing that our room would have washer and dryer in it, then it did not. When we tried to contact them about it, they never responded.
The room also had broken/non-functioning air conditioning, and the WiFi network was not available. We tried to contact the property owner about those things and also got NO RESPONSE.
- Even getting the actual address of where the property was located was very difficult. We messaged the property owner multiple times over a whole WEEK and never got any response. The day of check in we tried phoning them, messaging them, texting them. whatsApp messaging... they never responded to anything. We sat around all day wondering what to do, then called Booking.com for help and FINALLY the property owner responded and gave us the address and check in instructions.
We went inside the room and found it looked NOTHING like the online photos, had no washer/dryer, no functioning air conditioning, and no functioning WiFi. The "Kitchen" was just a cabinet in a hall with a table top cooking plate on it and a small refrigerator - not really a "kitchen" at all. The "breakfast" is a coupon for a croissant and coffee that you go get at a nearby cafe yourself - hardly a bed and breakfast.... more like a poor excuse for a B&B.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The property owners offer something nice online, then they give you something completely different. Once they charge your credit card, they stop responding to any correspondence at all. We actually checked out early after just 1 night based on the advice of a Booking.com agent.....

Good location, close to the pedestrian Street, with 2 lovely cafés on either side. Parking available across the street & possibly behind the apartment also but not sure about that. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. Nice seating area on balcony however as we were at the back of the complex the view wasn't good but we didn't spend a lot of time here so didn't really matter. Communication from hosts regarding access etc was good.
Kitchen was poor....pretty "thrown together" but there are great cafés nearby so I only made 1 coffee....but not good if you wanted to prepare any food. Could do with a few more electrical sockets in main room, only 1 alongside the bed. But these are only minor issues, all in all a good stay.

One of the nicest apt in the center of Chivasso
The location was great and the stuff of the B&B was friendly and helpful. The apt was very nice and comfortable. If you are travelling to Chivasso or nearest areas for work I highly advise the Regis!
The plates, pots, etc in the kitchen where a bit dirty and I found stuff from the previous customer inside the bedside tables. I was expecting something different for the breakfast, not a cake only.

Die bei booking.com abgebildeten Apartments hätten uns gefallen.
Aber wir haben ein komplett anderes Apartment erhalten, das auf keinem der Fotos zu sehen war.
Und niemand hat auf unseren Wunsch zu wechseln reagiert - obwohl wir die anderen Apartments (frei) gesehen haben...

Das Apartment war viel älter (Türklinken abgefallen, Fussleisten kaputt, alles wackelt in der Küchenecke,...) und nicht so schön. Ausserdem kam wenig Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung, da die Jalousien fest installiert waren.
Es gab kein WLAN (trotz Ankündigung). Der WLAN Code für die Nachbarwohnung wurde uns nicht gegeben.
Es gab kein Frühstück (trotz Ankündigung). Für 4 Nächte lagen für 2 Personen nur 4 Kaffee und 1 Teebeutel sowie ein paar abgepackte Zwieback und Croissants.
(Wir buchen regelmässig mit booking.com und wissen nicht was wir das nächstes Mal machen sollen wenn so etwas passiert und keiner reagiert...)

Premesso che ho soggiornato per 5 notti. Sono stato malissimo. La colazione (inclusa nel prezzo) non l’ho mai ricevuta. Ho prenotato una stanza con balcone (bellissima quando l’ho vista durante la prenotazione) ma non c’era un balcone. Ho provato più volte a chiamare al 011 (numero della struttura) … ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta, rispondeva solo su whatsapp con un messaggio automatico con intelligenza artificiale (ma purtroppo non intelligente). Dal primo giorno non ho mai potuto “usufruire” dell’acqua calda, non sapevo come accendere la caldaia o altro sistema di riscaldamento, perché tramite whatsapp (ripeto l’unico modo per interagire con la struttura) l’intelligenza artificiale non sapeva risolvere i miei problemi. Che dire, UNA TRUFFA! Non sapevo a chi rivolgermi.. se qualcuno sa a chi comunicare questi problemi in futuro ne sarei grato (ente consumatori, ecc.), io volevo andare dai Carabinieri ma forse erano un corpo non proprio appropriato per il caso mio. Ringrazio in anticipo a chi sa consigliarmi. Grazie mille e lasciare stare, a quel prezzo andare in hotel, sarete più tutelati👍

La seule chose positive etait que nous étions à deux pas du centre ville
Personne à notre arrivée pour la remise des clés il a fallu qu’on envoie un mail pour dire que nous étions arrivés. On n’a pu avoir quelqu’un au téléphone se sont des touristes anglais qui nous ont renseignés et eux aussi très mécontents ils sont partis trouver un autre hôtel, pour notre part nous y avons séjourné qu’une seule nuit et sommes repartis le lendemain pour la France.

Primero de todo, no se si se equivocaron al darnos el apartamento (porque estaba sucio no, lo siguiente, no se habia limpiado de los antiguos viajeros)… llamabamos al número de contacto que dejan y no cogia nadie la llamada, escribí por watsap y a los 20 minutos me contestaron, que me cambiaban a otro apartamento.
El segundo apartamento estaba limpio, pero no iba el agua caliente, la mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien, y la cortina de la ventana del lavabo estaba rota.

Pessima assistenza, o meglio, è stata buona fino al momento del saldo, dopo non è stato più possibile parlare con qualcuno. I colleghi che dovevano entrare hanno atteso più di 2 h per ricevere la procedura per entrare negli appartamenti. Uno dei due (quello delle foto) trovato molto sporco. l'ospite ha dovuto provvedere a dare una pulita.

Colazione del sabato con ticket gratuito al bar sotto. Domenica in casa con macchinetta caffè e brioches/biscotti ecc.
La pulizia non è il massimo, i mobili sono datati e tutto è lasciato andare, in bagno non c'è nemmeno in portasapone o il porta spazzolino, sono tutti mobili di recupero, le tende e gli scuri sono rotti e non c'è manutenzione, è tutto un po' trasandato. L'assistenza è inesistente, sia via mail che via telefono.
