The house interior is very pleasant, clean and modern. We especially liked the attic room with ensuite. The local area, Charlton Kings is very pleasant with Sainsbury's Local 3 mins walk, 2 good pubs and a lovely cafe within 5 minute walk; it's close to open country (The Cotswolds Way) and a bus ride or 45 min walk into town centre. The house is comfortable and good value.
We weren't expecting the key pad, which was new to us. We eventually worked it out. The numbers are difficult to see in bright sun, but it was good when we got the hang of it.
No microwave or hair dryer. No dishwasher tablets. Living area is a bit small for more than 6, but we were rarely in the living area at the same time, so it didn't matter. A few maintenance issues reported (wobbly kitchen tap and toilet seat).
There were no instructions on refuse/recycling. Bins full on arrival with wrong contents. You need to leave clear instructions in the house. The back garden is scruffy, no furniture, but has potential. Noisy traffic at night.

Arrived and access was good property looked well presented beds comfortable and clean.. Noted some damage on walls so took photos immediately then inspected rest of house and found a few more things needing attention as per one or two of the many photos I took. Seating area rather small for larger party of people. Biggest problem was the hob is a modern induction one great but not when the pans are not induction friendly saucepans so went to cook a family lunch and was unable to for whole 3 days. Also only 5 forks and 7 knives and no bakeware. Kitchen tap very loose so kept swivelling. Kitchen seats grubby. Needs some tweaking. Garden would of been great in fabulous weather but no seating and a little scruffy.

Leaving the property was a highlight. The inventive excuses from the property agent (Prim Short Stays) were weird (generated perhaps by some flavour of large language model), but then boring. The (hopefully) fake eyeball stuck to the hallway ceiling will forever be remembered.
I really didn't like to be made foolish: all the problems we encountered have been documented by previous folk who had the misfortune to stay here suggest a complete lack of interest by the property agent (Prim Short Stays) in fixing these problems.
Too many defects to list, but the greatest hits were:
a dirty house, black mould, broken electrical socket, broken electrical appliances, broken toilet seat, every wall was marked (some with paw prints), hairs in the beds, outside rubbish bins that hadn't been emptied for some time and an ill equipped and dirty kitchen.
The incorrect description of the car parking was really unhelpful. The reality was the private parking was at best a tiny spot that may be suitable for a tiny car. With a car in the spot, the front door is practically blocked and this caused a lot of angst. Parking on the street next to the house was prohibited (double yellow lines.) Streetview the house to check the car parking for yourself.
We also had a somewhat confronting and unannounced visit from cleaners, who did manage to remove the fake eyeball, but didn't achieve anything else.
There were disgusting stains on all the dining chairs (I don't want to think about where those stains came from).
Finally, the complete lack of interest from the property agent (Prim Short stays) or booking.com in resolving any of the numerous problems. Both the agent and booking.com were made aware of all the above problems but did nothing practical to help them. That said, as a 'gesture of goodwill', we did get back c. 6% of the cost.

La communication avec l’équipe de réservation de la maison a toujours été très réactive. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Merci !
Quelques détails: en effet il n’y a que 6 chaises à table. La rue est un peu passante pour les chambres qui donnent sur rue.
