This beautiful two-story home sits right on the beach, offering direct access through your private backyard—perfect for morning strolls or sunset views. The spacious backyard provides the ideal spot for kids to run and play, while adults can unwind on the furnished patio. With ample seating, it’s the perfect setting for laid-back gatherings and outdoor fun.
Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space designed for comfort and connection. The inviting living room features plush sofas and a smart TV with streaming services—perfect for movie nights or catching the game. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen, a large laundry room includes a washer/dryer and a utility sink for added convenience.
All four bedrooms are located upstairs, including the serene main suite, which offers access to a private balcony with breathtaking views. Enjoy the comfort of a smart TV, a spacious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a generous walk-in closet.
Additional amenities include board games, six beach chairs, and a beach umbrella—everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay by the ocean.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is in a wonderful location, so close to the beach with no cars on the beach so very peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. HOWEVER the front screen porch is currently missing screen and railing which was not noted in the description & there was broken glass in that area. Very unsafe I feel like this is an important that should have been noted that is was under sonstruction. Also the beds are good but in at least 2 rooms not sure if it is the frame or headboard but if you barely move at all it is very noisy which definitely impacted sleep for the guests.Fix these issues and I would definitely return.

On the beach with beautiful view and easy access to beach. Short drive to historic St Augustine. Restaurants and food shopping close. Spacious home with the best kitchen! Had chilly weather and really appreciated the great supply of blankets. Home was very clean.

The beach house was extensive, with plenty of space to move around and have a great time. The only thing I didn't like was the giant cockroaches-there were three big roaches. The other issue I had was that the TV in the family room did not work. What I loved and was relaxing was the sound of the ocean. Thanks

The location is perfect. The property needs some TLC inside and out. The front deck(Western for sunsets) was out of order, which would have been OK if they had let us know ahead of time. We were planning on taking photos out there. Additionally, a repair man showed up with no warning during our stay. The icemaker was not functioning properly. And overall the property does need some TLC and updating. Location is great! The amount of space besides the front deck was accurately described. Thank you.
