Walk down the steps on the back deck and you will find you already have your toes in the sand!

This stunning home sits totally oceanfront in between prestigious Ponte Vedra and the casual laid back surf community of Vilano Beach. A fabulous location close to the plethora of shops and restaurants in Ponte Vedra and Guana State Park which offers bike and walking trails, and a lake full of amazing local birds and those that migrate here for the winter. A bird lover`s dream come true! We are a bird sanctuary here so make sure you visit the park during your visit. Vilano Beach has fewer restaurants but one of the most amazing anywhere is Caps on the Water, where you can enjoy a cocktail or dinner and watch the most amazing sunset over the Intracoastal as you relax and dine enjoying wonderful cuisine. The Reef has oceanfront dining second to none and the views are incredible as this restaurant sits right on the ocean.
At Serenity One, you have as much or as little as you would like to do. You are only about a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine where you will find cobblestone streets, horse and buggies, and fabulous art galleries carrying the works of many renowned artists as well as local talent.

This house is beautiful and the beach view is the best. It was stocked with supplies needed for the week! We just walked out the front door and we were on the wonderful beach. No crowds on the beach was a big plus! The beds are very comfortable and all the king bed rooms have a beach view and door to the balcony! This house was perfect for our large family and grandchildren. We will be back!

Excellent house for large families or 2 families. Two fridges was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Quiet, directly on the beach with private access off the back deck which was clean and well kept with trex and comfortable polywood Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining area. Would stay again.

Wonderful location literally steps from the beach. Close to other conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. Two refrigerators are nice and the house seemed to be renovated recently.

Great location and a large house. The best aspect is that the two wings of the home are evenly divided, allowing two families with at least three children each to stay comfortably.Areas for improvement:* (Worst part) The mattresses are extremely old, low grade foam types that appear to have exceeded their usable life long ago. They are uncomfortable and have a slight odor, likely from years of accumulated use. Replacing the beds should be a priority.* The walls could use touch ups or a full repaint in several areas.* The outside yard areas still contained trash and leftover items from previous guests. Cleaning crews should be instructed to inspect and police the entire property before completing turnover.The layout is interesting overall. There are two large bathrooms upstairs intended to support two families, but the north side bathroom opens toward the living room area, which reduces privacy. The downstairs entrance bathroom is also not particularly practical, leaving the upstairs with less functional bathroom capacity for two families. This is more of a design limitation than something easily correctable, but worth noting as feedback.Overall, the hosting company is very responsive and the location is outstanding. However, the property needs meaningful capital investment in the beds and sleeping arrangements. Without that improvement, the experience does not justify the price paid.
