A bright airy home located on Vilano Beach, St Augustine.

- A Spacious 1 level home sleeping 12
- 4 bedrooms, 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa & 2 chair futons suited for child 12 or under
- Master Suite with designated office space and private door to pool. Ensuite with separate sinks, soaker sub, shower with shelf seat and private lavatory.
- Televisions in every bedroom, living room and sitting room
- Dining table seats 8 comfortably
- Tropical backyard with pool, floats, swimmies, BBQ grill and new hot tub that seats 7
- Garage access equipped with Sauna! Washer, dryer, 2 beach bikes, wagon, umbrella, beach chairs and sand toys, outdoor shower and hose located just outside the garage.

This comfortable, one-level home is located in a cozy surf-side town. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your next vacation including a tropical poolside area. Enjoy family time around a dining table that fits the whole family. Kitchen bar seats 6 with an additional 4 seat table close by. Enjoy the sea air and a cup of coffee for 2 on the front gazebo or relax with the whole group on the pool deck with 4 different access points. Wind down at night to your favorite shows on choice of 2 big screens, (sitting area or living room) with smart TVs and Xfinity WiFi.

- This is a stand alone, private, 1 level house in a residential neighborhood
- Sleeps 10 Guests (8 Adults max with 2 per bed, 2 children under 12 on futon chair, no more than 10 allowed in the home at all times)
- Infants need to be noted but do not count as part of guest count.
- 1 pack n play, 1 bassinet & 1 high chair is supplied
- Family fun & games in sitting room
- Fully stocked kitchen will feel just like home
- Ninja 12cup coffee maker and Keurig k cup

- Parking for up to 5 vehicles, driveway can fit a boat with 3 additional vehicles.

This was a great VRBO, it felt more like a lived in home with all the amenities than a cold rental that sends you immediately to the store to buy all the missing things. I really liked how the 3 bedrooms were off the living room but there was a hallway door ensuring more privacy. Master was on the other side of the house. There was everything you’d need for the beach or pool. They had 3 beach chairs, some camping chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, sand toys, plus plenty of pool floats and child life vest and puddle jumper. Host was also very responsive and sent someone quickly when I told them about leaves in the bottom of the pool. There was also a second fridge in the garage and a level 1 EV charging cord. Beach was an easy walk down the street.This was a great house for our family vacation of 3 adult couples, a 3 year old, and 2 babies. It was spacious for all of us. We definitely will be back.

This property was perfect! We so enjoyed the closeness to the beach which is beautiful and not crowded. The bedrooms were large and very comfy.Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed!

What a great house on a quiet street. 3 generations stayed: ages 8 to 85. We all had our own space, and utilized the pull out couch for the teenager. Used the pool and hot tub everyday. Walked to the beach everyday. Now, you do have to cross a main road to get to the beach, but that was manageable. Beach was absolutely fantastic. We used the 2nd fridge in the garage, the washer & dryer, the beach wagon, the ping pong table, and cooked all meals at home. We used the beach towels , too, which was one less thing to pack. Kitchen well stocked. Communication was quick and helpful. Would stay here again. Having a 1 level home with these age ranges was quite a find!
