About this house rental
You're booking both Salt Therapy North and South - two side-by-side homes in North Vilano Beach that together sleep up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. Each house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, giving large groups room to spread out without sacrificing togetherness.
Living space
Three levels of thoughtfully arranged living space connect via a private elevator, so every guest - regardless of mobility - can move freely between floors. Ceiling fans, central A/C, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer keep everyday comforts well covered throughout both homes.
Saltwater pool & outdoor living
Step outside to your private saltwater pool, open year-round. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Fire up the BBQ grill on the covered patio and wind down with ocean views as the backdrop.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishware you need. A dining table seats the whole group, with coastal views framing every meal.
Beach & water access
Direct beach access puts the Atlantic just steps away - pack up with the included beach towels and chairs and head straight to the sand. Ocean and pool views greet you from multiple vantage points. Boat and jet ski parking is available on-site, making this a natural base for water enthusiasts.
Parking & connectivity
Three driveway spaces plus a boat garage handle vehicles and watercraft with ease. High-speed Wi-Fi and a 50" Roku HDTV keep everyone connected and entertained indoors.

North Vilano Beach places you minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques, with the historic streets of downtown St. Augustine - the Nation's Oldest City - just a short drive away.
Please note: Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. We are a Local Host Company. Carbon monoxide detector is not on-site; smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Our family is our son his son wife and our 7th greatgrandchild from up north. 3 granddaughters husbands 6 great grandchildren The house is perfect for us allThe beach and of course the pool All love it and want to return suncastle reality is helpful and so nice to deal with

Really enjoyed our stay at Salt Therapy North & South.Had a family vacation with 12 guests, 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 17-25 years old. Most of us we from Colorado and a few from Florida.Location and access to the beach was awesome.5 minute drive to Publix and other shops.3 minute drive or 15 min walk to great local restaurant Aunt Kate's, highly recommend.House layout took some getting used to, it's 2 nice size homes with tons of space, we put the kids in the north house and adults took the south house.South house was perfect to cooking on the 3rd floor kitchen and having family game night (for all 12 people) on the 2nd floor kitchen/wet bar area.Tons of beach chairs (at least 12) and umbrellas, 2 beach carts for hauling stuff to the beach.Pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach, and access gate to go straight to the pool was nice.Being able to park in both garages was great for those rainy afternoon shower storms.Great Location, Safe neighborhood, quiet even though we were on a main road.100% would recommend booking this property. We WILL be back!

My own family and my brother’s family stayed at this house for a week. It was perfect! The location was right across the street from beach access. The beach was not crowded and we loved the option to come back to the house and relax at the pool. The house was clean and the separate towers was ideal for two families! We would definitely stay here again!

When it comes to multiple family members and their personalities this separate living situation worked perfect! However, cleanliness is not the property’s motto. The hot tub was cold and the main kitchen was on the 3rd floor causing us to have to bring everything down either to the pool or 2nd floor deck. No entry to the pool from the south side unless you left the house completely. The garage door along with a few other important things were “broken” which properly management failed to inform us. Location was great, with quick access across a busy street to the beach. Also 15 mins to anywhere in St. Augustine. Overall if the property management would get a new cleaning service, it’s a beautiful house. Will not rerent in the future.
