Six bedrooms split across two complete beach houses, one reservation, and the Atlantic Ocean waiting just steps from your door. Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South come together as a single rental in North Vilano Beach - each house spanning three levels with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, combining for 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms for up to 12 guests. Private entrances keep both sides comfortable, while shared outdoor spaces bring everyone together.
 
Outdoor living
A private saltwater pool sits at the heart of the property - although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies frame ocean and pool views from both homes, and the shoreline is steps away whenever you're ready. Beach towels and beach chairs are included for your group. A grill and outdoor dining area complete the setup for easy evenings outside.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each house give every guest their own comfortable space. Six beds across both homes mean everyone rests well after long beach days or afternoons exploring St. Augustine.
 
Kitchen & dining
Each house has a full kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a dining table. Two full kitchens make flexible group meals easy, whether you're cooking together or keeping things separate.
 
Comfort & connectivity
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep both homes comfortable year-round. A 50-inch HDTV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace cover entertainment and productivity. Washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in via keypad add ease to longer stays. An elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - makes moving between levels effortless. Free driveway parking fits up to 3 vehicles.
 
Location
North Vilano Beach puts you moments from the Atlantic and a short drive from St. Augustine's cobblestone streets, restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
