Coco’s Beachside Cabana is the perfect spot for your next vacation or getaway! The interior is spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is provided- just bring your suitcase: fully stocked kitchen and downstairs kitchenette, washer and dryer, beach supplies, and more!
The outdoor space features two oversized covered decks. Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing the the outdoor hammock swings overlooking the natural lush backyard. Enjoy a backyard game of corn-hole or just relax in the outdoor chairs. Beachside Cabana is the perfect space for groups looking for privacy or multiple families wanting to stay together but have their own room!
The downstairs suite includes:

The Upstairs home includes:

The beach is just a quick stroll away, along with tennis court/basketball/playground/dog park/community yoga center 2 blocks away. Historic downtown and popular attractions such as Fountain of Youth are less than 10 minute car ride. If eco tourism is up your alley, there are lots of options. From the beautiful Guana Preserve where you can rent kayaks or paddleboards or go hiking/biking/fishing in the stunning preserve to guided eco-tours in downtown. Piers at Aunt Kate's or at the Vilano Town Center is the perfect fishing spot or to look for marine wildlife.

Guests have private access to the entire house and downstairs suite, backyard, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 4 vehicles, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a washing machine and dryer.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
Other Things to Note:
*Important: The home consists of 2 units that do not connect on the inside. The upstairs unit can only be accessed by outside stairway.*
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

Our recent stay in St. Augustine was the best yet! The house was incredibly cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The pool was a refreshing treat, and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, making us feel right at home. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to return!

I recommend this home. Needs some updates and attention to minor things but it worked for a family ages 3 months to 55 years. Communication from owners was great and the price was reasonable. Neighborhood is quiet and simple. Home was clean. The walk to the beach was about a 1/2 block and crossing the main highway but easily crossed. We utilized every bed and room as we had several children. Kitchen is stocked with basic needs for cooking and eating. Beach items such as chairs, sand toys, umbrella and wagon were available. Coffee pots are old style and not Keurigs. Lower level is microwave and mini fridge. Parking is tight with 4 cars but totally doable. Nothing against the owner but do note that the lower home is loud 😂 you can hear everything going on upstairs as far as footsteps, chairs etc. and since you sleep right below the dining room it’s very noticeable. The lower level area is a giant room with a bed and couch which makes a bed but the couch needs replaced. We couldn’t sit on it nor sleep on the pull out but we used our air mattress instead. The older people stayed in lower level and maybe we are just too old. The sliding door on lower level was almost impossible to open and close and we could never figure out how to keep the fans going but lights off during sleep. Used a fan they had in the closet.
Overall it was great and worked for a large group. Older kids enjoyed the air hokey table. 5 minutes from grocery store

Our over-all stay was very good. The home fit our family needs exceptionally well as we took advantage of both the closeness to the historic area of St. Augustine and the short 2 block walk to the beach. The house itself needs some repair and up-dating but was adequate for our needs. Pics on VRBO site need to be updated to show both inside and outside of house as it is presently.
My only problem was with communication with the host. We had some problems in the house that needed attention and I had no way to "timely" get in touch with the host. One phone call to an "if problems" number got me a "I will call you back" with no call back. We had some questions about the property prior to our check in, but could not get any info from host other than "boiler plate" emails. I got the feeling that the host has not been in the home for some time. The size and location of the home will continue to make it a desirable venue for future
VRBO consumers, but a little "kindly attention" would help to make future reviews more positive.

We had a great time in Vilano Beach. It was a short walk to the beach. We had 9 people and we had plenty of room.
