Come enjoy your stay at Sweet Sandcastle Vacations where you will be greeted with a sweet surprise! This 3,400 sq ft, 3-story, 7 bed/3 bath luxurious rental is perfect for big family gatherings! Has beds for 10 adults and 6 kids. Free Parking for up to 5 vehicles, no street parking. Situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and Beach, both just a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy semi-private beach access, relax on the outdoor patio, or around our fire pit. Explore the historic city of St. Augustine 10 min away!
Guests are invited to utilize the entire newly-renovated property which includes our 3-story luxury vacation home, maximum of 5 car parking area no parking on street , spacious back patio with an outdoor shower for beach days, and a grill and bar for big dinners! Inside our luxury vacation home, you will find a private master suite with an en suite bathroom, 5 Smart TVs for entertainment, and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite slab countertops for whipping up meals! Our back patio is decorated with glimmering market lights for a cozy and eclectic atmosphere as well as patio furniture for all your lounging needs. Enjoy the benefits of our perfectly maintained yard that sports a fire pit for s’mores and sand games for all your family and friends. Inside the house, you will find extra amenities for a fun time such as a Nintendo Wii, a cabinet full of board games, and a reading nook for little ones. And of course, guests are welcome to use our semi-private neighborhood beach access for the best beach vacation ever!
This is a lovely quiet beach neighborhood with direct semi-private beach access just a 5-minute walk away. Located directly between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean just a short walk away for both spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
*DISCLAIMER* The lot behind our house was recently bought, and two houses are there now. We value upfront conversation, honesty, and your investment. The woodsy/jungle look behind the back patio is two houses now. We have installed a privacy fence and put tropical plants along the property line to bring back the original aesthetic for our guests as soon as our budget allows.
We require the guest to review and agree to a short-term lease agreement through email/messaging system prior to check-in as a precautionary measure!
*NO PARTIES ALLOWED!* Although we want our guests to have as much fun as possible, Sweet Sandcastle is not a rental suited for parties. Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood and we have an attentive neighborhood watch program that will notify us the moment a party ensues. Please do not attempt to book this rental if you plan on throwing a party, find another rental more suited to your needs.

Because of this, we are committed to a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the property prior to and after your stay. We utilize a professional cleaning team to make sure that the property itself is clean and safe for our valued guests. Our beach is a local community beach that is rarely crowded, which means there is typically plenty of space for our guests to practice responsible social distancing, as compared to other crowded public beaches. Our commitment to an enhanced clean is just another reason why our Sweet Sandcastle is the perfect place for your vacation.

Very kid friendly , clean. Rules and checkout instructions very easy to find. I'm sure that I could find more to say but because we were family in town for a funeral no one was at the house much

Wonderful home! Lots of great amenities- towels, beach chairs, games, books, dishes, and utensils, etc. Home is cozy, clean, and spacious. Many details of a comfortable stay were well thought through. Great neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come again!

We had a group of 14 adults and teens/children for our stay at Sweet Sandcastle. The property is clean, well maintained, and fully equipped. The location is perfect, just a short 5 min walk to the beach, close to grocery and restaurants, and a short drive into downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

The house is very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It is also close to restaurants and groceries. St. Augustine is about a 15 minute drive as well.The house is a little dated but functional. The upstairs bedroom has a an en-suite bath but there are no doors to the bath. The two bedrooms on the second floor are separated by a full bath. The three bedrooms downstairs shares one bath. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, some old, some newer. The grill worked well. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and towels.The outdoor bar table with stools were a nice touch but they had some mold and a little dirty. The patio furniture looked a little worn and also had some mold. The fire pit was nice though so we sat around that at night. Good string lights in the backyard.Overall, the house met our needs for a quick getaway for two families with a total of 8 people.
