Vitamin Sea is a true beachfront home with direct private access to the Atlantic—just open the back door and walk down a short set of stairs to the sand. No roads to cross, no public walkways to share. The house sits in a quiet stretch between upscale Ponte Vedra and historic downtown St. Augustine, giving you easy drives to restaurants and attractions while keeping the beach right outside.
Inside the Home
The second-floor main living area faces the ocean through large windows and sliding doors. Sunlight streams in all day, and the sound of waves is always present. This open space offers plenty of seating, a large smart TV, and high-speed WiFi that reaches every room and the balcony.
The first-floor living room is a dedicated kid-zone: spacious, durable tile floors, a sectional sofa, 55-inch smart TV with streaming apps, and direct access to the two downstairs bedrooms and laundry. It’s ideal for children to play, watch movies, or nap while adults relax upstairs with ocean views and conversation—no one has to tiptoe around.
The kitchen (upstairs, adjacent to the main living area) is fully stocked for everyday cooking:
- Full-size refrigerator/freezer
- Electric stove/oven and microwave

Excellent location, property, and host. Our family has stayed here several times over the years and always enjoy our stay immensely. Pet friendly is a big plus. One of our group accidentally left a wallet on one of the beds when we checked out and Evan mailed it back to her with all items, cards, and cash still in it, indicating a very responsible cleaning crew and host! Thank you Evan!

We have stayed here multiple times, and it just keeps getting better and better. The property is clean, right on the beach, with a long deck that allows view of the beach and ocean. Every day sloughs/tidepools would form as the tides would go out, and the kids could chase small fish, look for shells and sharks teeth. I've lived in Florida all my life and for our family, this is the perfect beach house.Evan, the property manager, was incredible and very responsive. He made sure the BBQ grill was working before the visit (it wasn't, so he got us a new one) and an extra propane tank. Vilano Beach is uncrowded, but with restaurants close by. We are already planning another visit next year.

My family and extended family stayed a week at Vitamin Sea. The house was stocked very well with just about anything you need. Kitchen supplies, lots of towels, wash cloths, hand towels and beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, fishing poles etc. Location to the beach is fantastic. Just what we wanted. There is a pretty steep short incline to go up and down. Wasn’t a problem for us but someone elderly or w/mobility issues might have a problem with this. The only negatives I have is they had a sewage back up problem in the front of the house that faces the highway. It kept running into the driveway and it smelled continuously. The next door house also had this. I think it might have been a city problem. But still was a pain. The WiFi was an issue. It never wanted to stay connected consistently. 2 issues with a few of the rooms. Downstairs you have a room with 2 sets of bunk beds that has a door that connects to another room. That other room is where the bathroom is. So whoever stays in the bunk bed room has to go through the other room to use it. But if you had kids in that room that would be great. Also, the laundry room is connected to the bunk bed room. 2 rooms upstairs are connected by a shared shower. You have your own toilet. Never seen this before. All the bathrooms are really small. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the ocean. Love the long deck. This house would be perfect for a big family with children.

The house is really run down. The dishwasher broke Christmas Eve and the oven broke 12/26. Two bedrooms share a shower in a bizarre configuration, which really should be disclosed. The property manager was very nice and very responsive, and gave us 200 for dinner one night, which is a Roman definitely, but didn’t suffice for 7 people and we got nothing for the second night we didn’t have an oven. For the cost, I was very disappointed.
