-Parking is limited strictly to garage and driveway (no on-street parking)
-There are security cameras on the front, side and rear of property that are used for safety of all guests. After all guests have checked in, these cameras are not continually monitored. We want to respect your privacy, while creating a safe environment for all.

Great beach town vacation. One block walk to the beach. Close location to St. Augustine for tourist activities, dining and shopping.House was well appointed. Had a well-equipped kitchen and many extras including a wagon and beach items. There were 12 in our party ages 4 months up to past 70 and all were very comfortable.Hosts were very responsive.

I had an amazing weekend! I rented this house to celebrate my birthday at the beach, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The house is brand new, spotlessly clean, and came with a lovely welcome kit. It's just a half-block walk to the beach, with access right in front of the condominium. We practically had the beach to ourselves, which made the experience even more perfect. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely be returning!

We have a large family and there was plenty of room. The neighborhood is new and there is still building going on. It is about a 2 block walk to get to cross A1A, but the beach was never overcrowded.
The only suggestions I could give would be to have additional towels/linens to be added as we had about one set for each member and we were there for 4 days, so we had to do laundry a couple of times during the stay for that. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for us!!!
